Kulim/居林:
Kulim is the third largest city of Kedah & also district capital of Kulim District even the local government seat of Kulim Municipal Council/Majlis Perbandaran Kulim located near the Penang where is named after Kulim tree/Scorodocarpus borneensis that contains the first high technology industrial park of Malaysia since 1996 known as Kulim Hi-Tech Park(so that it has been titled as Hi-Tech City/Bandar Teknologi Tinggi of Malaysia), the clock tower since 1957 for commemorating the independence of Federation of Malaya(later known as Malaysia) on 31 August 1957, bus terminal & public hospital. Located near the Kulim is the Lunas where its name is believed to be originated from Malay word means keel of the ship that founded by local Chinese entrepreneurs, late Mr.Loh Boon Ghee(卢文仪), late Mr.Lim Lean Teng(林连登) & late Mr.Soon Ah Lee/Baba Lee(孙亚厘) so that the murals of them can be found in here, it is famous for social information exchange hub called 大炮会社, Pipa Duck/Pipa Roasted Duck & roasted duck has been titled as Hometown of Roasted Duck of Northern Malaysia, it is also the terminus of Asian Highway 140(AH140)/East-West Highway(Route 4). Furthermore, the Junjong(formerly known as Sambahyang) where is the durian wholesale centre has been titled as Homeland of Black Thorn Durian because it is famous for Black Thorn Durian/D200 Durian is also located near the Kulim. Black Thorn Durian/Orchee Durian/D200 Durian is the hybrid durian species which is named after its black thorny outer skin that contains the yellowish orange coloured flesh has been titled as King of King of Fruits & Gold on the Tree, it is first planted by local farmer, Mr.Leow Cheok Kiang(廖石乾) in the Sungai Baong. Except for that, the Kejai located not far from Kulim is also famous for its rubber tree seedlings cultivation industry.

I.Kwong Hock Keong Temple/广福宫:
Kwong Hock Keong Temple is the well historic rebuilt Chinese temple which is dedicated to Chinese, Buddhist & Taoist Goddess of Mercy & also Chinese Patron God of Kulim, Lord Avalokiteśvara(观音菩萨/观音大士/慈航真人/慈航大士), it is also famous for hundred years old heritage artifacts such as Lord Avalokiteśvara statue, stone inscription, bronze bell & bamboo made lots(cian) pot etc., it is comes crowded during the Jingzhe(Awakening of Insects) Festival(惊蛰) & Nine Emperor Gods Festival. Jingzhe Festival is one of 24 Solar Terms(二十四节气) that marked the beginning of the Spring Ploughing season & the day of praying the one of Chinese Four Symbols & also the Mythical Beast of West & Autumn, White Tiger(白虎/白虎爷) for good luck. Nine Emperor Gods Festival(also known as Vegetarian Festival in Thailand) is the Chinese festival of South East Asia that celebrating the deity birthday of Nine Emperor Gods whose are believed to be the Chinese Gods of Charles's Wain or the figures from various legends from first day to ninth day of Ninth Month of Chinese Lunar Calendar with eating vegetarian. Old Mansion Cafe is the former residence of local entrepreneur, late Mr.Soon Ah Lee/Baba Lee(孙亚厘) has been transformed into the food court & also cafe that displaying the private collections of cafe owner & also owner of Chun Xiang Roasted Duck in the Lunas Pasar Street/Jalan Pasar Lunas, Mr.Art Keong(郑又强/鸭强) including the sculptures, paintings & furniture etc. The first cafe/coffee shop in the world is the Kiva Han from Constantinople(now known as Istanbul) of Türkiye/Turkey.

IV.Sungai Sedim Tree Top Walk/双溪西林树顶步道:
It is the longest canopy walkway of Malaysia located in the Mount Inas Lowland Dipterocarp Forest Reserve about 925m long with highest point is 26.05m above forest level where can overlooking the one of headstream of Muda River/Sungai Muda with rapids called Sedim River/Sungai Sedim that provided zipline/flying fox, jungle trekking & whitewater rafting etc., visitors can also learning different kinds of trees of tropical rainforest in here during walking the tree top walk, it is also the departure point for hiking the Mount Bintang/Gunung Bintang which is the highest peak of Kedah about 1862m tall. Rapids is the natural phenomenon in the more steeper section of the river where the river becoming shallower & the rocks are exposed to the surface then air bubbles mixed with water formed the whitewater. Canopy Walkway/Tree Top Walk is pedestrian walkway which is originally used for conducting research on the forest canopy(upper layer of forest) but now used for tourism purpose. Dipterocarpaceae family are the trees mainly growth in the tropical rainforest & some are the endangered species. Located not far from this area is the Karangan where is the former tin mining town that formerly famous for local family style river delicacies cuisine restaurants with its freshwater delicacies are breeding from former tin mining lakes.

In the Kelang Lama which its name is derived from Malay words, Kilang Lama due to former plastic factory, visitors can tasting the Assam Laksa which is the noodles soup with rice flour made noodles called Lai Fun/Rice Noodles(濑粉/酹粉) that its soup is cooking with sardine & tamarind/Asam etc. & served with fried crackers(良心饼) in the Laksa Kelang Lama. In the Lunas & Padang Serai, visitors can tasting roasted duck especially Pi Pa Duck which is roasted marinated duck in Pipa(琵琶)(Chinese musical instrument) shape by clamping with bamboo chopsticks after several processes like rinsing the cooked duck into the cold river after boiling(过冷河) etc. in the Chun Xiang(椿像琵琶鸭), Tan Kee Roasted Duck Coffee Shop, Chuan Kee Lunas Pipa Duck & Roasted Duck, Hun Tai Restaurant & 珠江烧鸭(the chef is came from the Cho Jiang Restaurant of Sungai Petani).
