Kokol Hill(also known as Bukit Kokol) is the hill resort & paragliding site located on the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve known as Crocker Range where can be overlooking the skyline of Kota Kinabalu & sunset that contains the accommodation facilities & photo spots etc.

Tuaran is the district capital & local government seat of Tuaran District where its name is derived from the Malay word, Tawaran means freshwater or to bargain because the Tuaran is the source of freshwater of locals or trading area before British colonial era that famous for Bahar Wine, Tuaran Mee & Bambangan Pickles etc., it is contains the public hospital & bus terminal. Located near the Tuaran is the Kiulu where is famous for whitewater rafting along the Kiulu River. Both areas are also part of Crocker Range has been described as UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.

沙巴茶园是出产沙巴的地理标志产品的拥有工厂导览游、山打根死亡行军纪念碑Quailey's Hill 纪念碑、森林徒步、茶园徒步游以及住宿设施等的婆罗洲唯一一座有机茶园，它现由马来西亚本地企业义利贸易公司所管理。 红茶也是由茶树(Camellia sinensis)的茶叶制造的比其他茶发酵更多以及味道更浓的茶。茶是源自于中国以浸泡东亚的原生树种茶树的茶叶来饮喝的饮料。有机耕种是以有机肥料、轮耕栽种法与生物防治来种植农作物的农业系统。

Timbua Water Rafting is the first community based tourism whitewater rafting of Malaysia that starting from Kampung Timbua for bamboo rafting on the Sugut River/Sungai Sugut about 15km, it is also provided the kayaking. Rapids is the natural phenomenon in the more steeper section of the river where the river becoming shallower & the rocks are exposed to the surface then air bubbles mixed with water formed the whitewater.

Mount Tambuyukon is the fourth highest mountain of Malaysia about 2579m high where is the mountain hiking area located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site with Natual Property, UNESCO Global Geopark & ASEAN Heritage Park which is managed by the Board of Trustees of Sabah Parks called Kinabalu Park that breeding the endemic species such as Nepenthes edwarsiana & Nepenthes villosa, it is also the one of the highest emplaced ophiolite sequence on a single mountain peak of Southeast Asia, it is need to hike from Monggis Substation by obtaining the permit. The first national park in the world is the Yellowstone National Park of United States.
担布尤贡山是位于由沙巴公园董事会(Board of Trustees of Sabah Parks)所管理的联合国教科文组织世界自然遗产、联合国教科文组织世界地质公园与东盟遗产公园基纳巴卢山/神山公园内抚育着如爱德华猪笼草以及长毛猪笼草的特有品种同时也是登山区的约两千五百七十九米高的全马来西亚第四高峰，它也是东南亚单个山峰上侵位最高的蛇绿岩序列之一，它需获得准证才能从摩吉斯(Monggis)分站攀登。
