Grik(Gerik)/宜力: 

Grik/Gerik is the district capital of Upper Perak/Hulu Perak District & also local government seat of Grik District Council/Majlis Daerah Gerik where is named after the word called Gerit means screaming by local chieftain when he heard the voice of bamboo rats/Dekan are chewing the bamboo shoots, it is is contains the hydroelectric dams on the middle of Perak River/Sungai Perak known as Kenering Dam & Bersia Dam, bus terminal & public hospital that famous for tigers murals, Mount Kenderong & Mount Kerunai(Both called K2) & Royal Belum State Park.

宜力(前名为崎立)是当地酋长在听见土鼠(Dekan)咬嚼竹笋的声音而以Gerit 意译为尖叫声来命名的上霹雳县的县府兼宜力县议会(Majlis Daerah Gerik)的地方政府所在地，它以老虎壁画群、两座称为公婆山/K2 峰的阿公山/肯德隆山与阿婆山/哥鲁乃山以及皇家柏隆州立公园闻名以及含有在霹雳河中的水力发电水坝肯纳琳水坝和伯西亚水坝、公车总站及公共医院。

I.Loma Square(Dataran Loma)/洛马广场:

Loma Square is the riverfront square of Kuala Rui located near the bridge of one of headstream of Perak River/Sungai Perak called Rui River/Sungai Rui where is the official venue of Loma/Tiny Scale Barb/Thynnichthys thynnoides Fish Catching Festival known as Fiesta Loma that held on fish breeding season from September to October every year. Loma/Tiny Scale Barb/Thynnichthys thynnoides is the freshwater fish species of Cyprinidae which is majority breeding in the Mainland South East Asia, Borneo & Sumatra that can be used for culinary purpose like Pekasam/Pakasam/Bekasam & Fried Dace with Salted Black Beans(豆豉鱼) etc.

洛马广场是位于霹雳河的源头之一雷河(Sungai Rui)的桥旁的作为每年九月至十月洛马鱼/似鲔雅罗鱼繁殖季节期间举办的洛马鱼/似鲔雅罗鱼捕鱼节洛马鱼节的官方举办地点的高拉雷的河滨广场。洛马鱼/似鲔雅罗鱼是大多数在东南亚大陆、婆罗洲与苏门答腊繁殖的可用作餐饮用途如马来腌鱼/马来咸鱼和豆豉鱼等的鲤科淡水鱼品种。

Royal Belum State Park is the National Heritage of Malaysia located in the hydoelectric dam known as Temenggor Lake/Tasik Temenggor where is managed by the Perak State Parks Corporation/Perbadanan Taman Negeri Perak has been listed as National Heritage of Malaysia & Tentative Lists of UNESCO World Heritage Site & granted the Royal title from ninth King/Yang Dipertuan Agong of Malaysia & also former Sultan of Perak, late Sultan Azlan Shah on 2003, it is the relics of geological confluence of two supercontinents called Gondwanaland & Laurasian & also one of oldest land mass of Peninsular Malaysia & headstream of Perak River/Sungai Perak about more than 130 million years old that famous for its Rafflesia flowers about 4 endemic species & hornbills with highest number in the Malaysia & also in the world by single locality about 10 species even breeding the endangered species like Malaysian Mahseer/Kelah, Asian Elephant, Malayan Tiger & Malay Tapir etc., it is also contains the salt licks, camping sites, Malaysian Mahseer/Kelah sanctuaries like Akekchep that can fishing & Aborigines/Orang Asli villages of Jahai tribe, visitors can also fishing the Giant Snakehead/Toman, Malaysian Jungle Perch/Hampala Barb/Sebarau & Giant Gourami/Kalui etc. in here, it is need to arrive by boat services or boathouse services from jetty of Banding Island/Pulau Banding by obtaining the permit by tour guide before 1 day ahead. Jahai/Jehai is the one of Aborigines/Orang Asli tribes whose are lived in hunter-gatherer and swidden agriculture style that majority lived in Perak & Kelantan. The earliest dam that built in the world is Jawa Dam of Jordan. Tropical Rainforest is the ecosystem located in the equatorial zone between the Tropic of Cancer/Northern Tropic & Tropic of Capricorn/Southern Tropic which does not have dry seasons, warm temperature & average annual rainfalls is high. Located near the jetty is the Belum Discovery Centre which is the Royal Belum themed museum with natural specimens.

皇家柏隆州立公园是位于水力发电水坝天猛莪湖内由霹雳州立公园机构(Perbadanan Taman Negeri Perak)所管理的被列为马来西亚国家遗产与联合国教科文组织世界遗产暂定名单内及在二零零三年被第九任马来西亚国王/最高元首兼前霹雳苏丹已故苏丹阿兹兰沙(Sultan Azlan Shah)授予皇家称号的马来西亚国家遗产，它是年龄约超过一点三亿年的以其约四种当地特有莱佛士花/大王花品种与拥有约十种犀鸟品种的全马来西亚兼全世界以一个地区来计算的犀鸟数量最高的地区闻名甚至抚育了如似野结鱼/马来西亚结鱼/吉罗鱼、亚洲象、马来亚虎与马来貘等濒危物种同时也是霹雳河的源头的冈瓦纳大陆与劳亚大陆两座超大陆的地理交界处的遗留物兼全马来西亚半岛古老的土地之一，它也拥有盐沼、露营区、像可钓鱼的Akekchep 的似野结鱼/马来西亚结鱼/吉罗鱼养殖区与马来西亚原住民贾海(Jahai/Jehai)部落村庄，这里也可钓到小盾鳢/多曼鱼、裂峡鲃/水马骝与丝足鲈/招财鱼等鱼类，它需一天前从向导中获取准证后在万汀岛码头的船只服务或船屋服务来到达。贾海人是以狩猎采集与焚林农业方式生活的大多数居住在霹雳与吉兰丹的马来西亚原住民部落之一。全世界最早建造的水坝就是约旦名为Jawa 的水坝。热带雨林是位于北回归线(Tropic of Cancer/Northern Tropic)与南回归线(Tropic of Capricorn/Southern Tropic)之间的赤道地带内没有旱季、温度暖和与高雨水量的生态系统。位于码头附近就是含有自然标本的皇家柏隆主题博物馆柏隆发现中心。

 

 

III.Titiwangsa Rest Stop(Kawasan Rehat Titiwangsa)/蒂蒂旺沙休息站:

It is the rest stop of Asian Highway 140(AH140)/East-West Highway(Route 4) located on the Titiwangsa Mountains/Titiwangsa Range where is also highest altitude rest stop of Malaysia that contains the restaurants & photo spots. Located not far from here is the first ecological corridor of Malaysia with lookout tower.

它是位于蒂蒂旺沙山脉上拥有餐厅以及拍照区的马来西亚海拔最高的休息站兼亚洲公路一百四十号线/东西大道(四号公路)的休息站。位于这里不远处就是含有瞭望塔的全马来西亚第一座野生动物通道。

 

IV.Misty Valley(Denai Kabus) Resort/雾谷度假村:

The resort located near the Mount Kenderong & Mount Kerunai(Both called K2) where is provided the accommodation facilities, skybike, camping sites, All Terrain Vehicle(A.T.V.) ride, horse riding, fishing, kayaking, jungle trekking, goat farm, photo spots, hiking activities of K2, vegetables farm & zipline/flying fox etc. that famous for mists has been nicknamed as Little New Zealand.

V.Lata FELDA Lawin Selatan/拉永南部垦殖区瀑布:

It is the cascades recreational area of FELDA Lawin Selatan where can doing camping & picnicking etc. that need to pay parking fee. Waterfalls is natural phenomenon which the water flows will be vertical drop into the plunge pool that formed with the erosion of the soft rock below the hard rock rapidly than hard rock & cascades is the mini waterfalls which is caused by rock steps.

它是需付停车费的可进行露营以及野餐等的拉永南部垦殖区的小瀑布休闲区。瀑布是由硬石层底下的软石层侵蚀快过硬石层而形成直垂下水潭的水流的自然现象而小瀑布则由石级导致而成。
