The islands of Semporna are the warning zone which is guarded by armed forces.
仙本那的岛屿是由武装部队所守卫的安全警区。

Semporna/仙本那:

Semporna(formerly known as Tong Talun/Hujung Hutan) is the district capital & local government seat of Semporna District located in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone where is served as official venue of Regatta Lepa which is the sea parade of traditional sailing boat of Bajau community called Lepa-Lepa that held on April every year, its name is believed to be derived from Labuan Semporna means perfect anchorage in Malay word or other meaning of Semporna is peaceful place, the Semporna is the one of seaweeds breeding areas of Malaysia, it is also famous for edible seaweed called Latok/Sea Grape & Mee Lohok which is the local noodles dish that cooking with black soy sauce & served with a deep fried fish(usually used Rabbitfish/Spinefoot/Ikan Belawis) by dipping the peanut sauce called Sambal Kacang etc. It is also the hometown of local traditional Bajau Laut dancer, Ms.Intan Sulga has been titled as Living Person of National Heritage of Malaysia.

仙本那是位于沙巴东部安全特区内作为每年四月举办的名叫里巴船的巴遥/巴夭社群的传统帆船的海上游行彩船节的举办地点的仙本那县的县府与地方政府所在地，其名字相信源自马来文Labuan Semporna 意译为完整的抛锚处或仙本那的另一个意思为和平的地方，仙本那也是全马来西亚最大的海藻生产区之一，它以可食用藻类海葡萄以及用黑酱油来熬煮的配搭一条煎鱼(通常使用篮子鱼)来蘸上名叫Sambal Kacang 的花生酱来吃的当地面食煎鱼面(Mee Lohok)等闻名。它也是被誉为马来西亚国家遗产活人物的当地传统巴瑶/巴夭舞蹈舞者英旦苏嘉(Intan Sulga)女士的故乡。

I.Bukit Tengkorak Archaeological Heritage Gallery/骷髅山考古遗产展览厅:

Bukit Tengkorak Archaeological Heritage Gallery is the Pre-historic archaeological site where is the part of extinct volcano has been becoming the largest pottery making factory of South East Asia during Neolithic Age(between c. 10000 B.C. to c. 2000 B.C.) that need to arrive by wooden stairs, it is also discovered animals skeletons like Sambar Deer, Banteng, Wild Boar and Mousedeer etc, its pottery making technique is still practiced by Bajau community, it is also contains a gallery for displaying the history & archaeological artifacts of this area like pottery shards, wooden coffins, human skeletons, diorama of animals found in here, core flakes & molluscs shells etc. Volcano is the broken crust of the planet that allowed lava, volcanic ashes & gases to come out from the magma chamber, the name of volcano is derived from Vulcano Island of Italy.

骷髅山考古遗产展览厅是需木梯来到达的已成为新石器时代(大约公元前10000 年至大约公元前2000 年之间)东南亚最大的陶器制造厂的死火山的一部分的史前考古区，它也发现如水鹿、爪哇野牛、野猪和鼠鹿等动物骸骨，其陶器制造技巧现今依然由巴瑶/巴夭社群奉行着，它也拥有一间展览着这个地区的历史与考古文物如陶器碎片、木制棺材、人类骸骨、这里发现的动物的立体透视模型、堆芯薄片和软体动物壳等的展览厅。火山是可让岩浆、火山灰与气体从岩浆房流出来的星球地壳的裂层，火山的英文名Volcano 源自于意大利的武尔卡诺岛。
