Tambunan/担布南:

Tambunan is the district capital & local government seat of Tambunan District where its name is formed with combination of Tamadon & Gombunan that famous for geographical indications called Ginger & Tuhau has been titled as Switzerland of East, it is contains the bus terminal & public hospital.

担布南是被称为东方瑞士的以姜以及腌制野姜(Tuhau)的地理标志产品闻名的其名字是由Tamadon 与Gombunan 合拼而成的担布南县的县府与地方政府所在地，它拥有公车总站以及公共医院。

I.Datu Paduka Mat Salleh Memorial/末沙烈纪念碑:

Datu Paduka Mat Salleh Memorial is the monument located in the former fortress(sacrifice site) of Mat Salleh which is commemorating the late Datu Paduka Mohammad Salleh/Mat Salleh who is the warrior against the British colonist, it is also the archaeological site has been excavated the Pre-Historic tools that contains a museum.

末沙烈纪念碑是位于对抗英国殖民者的斗士已故拿督巴都卡莫罕末沙烈/末沙烈(Datu Paduka Mohammad Salleh/Mat Salleh)的前堡垒(牺牲地点)内用以纪念末沙烈的纪念碑，它也含有一间博物馆的挖掘到史前器具的考古区。

II.Mat Sator Museum(Muzium Kota Mat Sator)/末沙多堡博物馆:
It is the museum which is built on the former fortress of late Mat Sator who is the warrior against the British colonist with Datu Paduka Mohammad Salleh/Mat Salleh that displaying the history & culture of Tambunan has been described as State Heritage of Sabah.

这间是被列为沙巴州遗产的在跟随着拿督巴都卡莫罕末沙烈/末沙烈对抗英国殖民者的斗士已故末沙多(Mat Sator)的前堡垒上建造的展览着担布南的历史与文化的博物馆。

III.Sinurambi Tambunan(Tambunan Viewing Point)/丹布南瞭望台:

Sinurambi Tambunan/Tambunan Viewing Point is the lookout tower with three levels located on the hill about 877m high where is designed based on concept of traditional bamboo basket called Wakid that can be overlooking the Crocker Range & paddy fields, it can also doing stargazing activities.

丹布南瞭望台是位于约八百七十七米高的山丘上含有三层以名叫Wakid 的传统竹篮的概念来设计的可瞭望克罗克山脉以及稻田的瞭望塔，它也可进行观星活动。

IV.Music Rock(Batu Gong)/音乐石:
Music Rock/Batu Gong is the mysterious rock which is found by locals on 1996 that it will produced the Gong like sound when knocking it, it will produced different pitches when knocking different part of this rock, it is need to enter by paying the entrance fee.

音乐石是由当地人在一九九六年发现当敲它时会发出锣的声音的神秘岩石，当敲打此岩石不同部分将产出不同的音调，它需付费才能进入。

V.Mount Trus Madi/特鲁斯马迪山:

Mountain hikers be aware of high altitude sickness.
登山者有患上高山症症状的风险。

Mount Trus Madi is the second highest mountain of Malaysia about 2642m tall located in the Trusmadi Range where is the mountain hiking area that breeding the endemic species such as Nepenthes x trusmadiensis, it is need to hike by obtaining the permit.

特鲁斯马迪山是位于特鲁斯马迪山脉内抚育了像特鲁斯马迪山猪笼草的特有品种的约两千六百四十二米高的全马来西亚第二高峰兼等山区，它需获得准证才能攀登。

VI.Rafflesia Nature Reserve Center(Pusat Sejadi Rafflesia)/大王花资讯中心:

Rafflesia Nature Reserve Center is the forest reserve which is provided the jungle trekking to watch the flower blooming of Rafflesia during the flower blooming seasons by obtaining the permit first. Rafflesia is the parasitic flowering plant which is mainly found on Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand.

大王花资讯中心是提供需获得准证先来往在花开季节期间观赏花开盛放的大王花/莱佛士花的森林徒步的森林保护区。大王花/莱佛士花是大多在马来西亚、印度尼西亚/印尼、菲律宾与泰国发现的寄生性开花植物。

VII.Mahua Waterfalls/马华瀑布:

Mahua Waterfalls is the waterfalls of Tambunan & also one of headstream of Padas River/Sungai Padas which is located in the Crocker Range Park has been described as UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve that need to reach by walking the trail. Waterfalls is natural phenomenon which the water flows will be vertical drop into the plunge pool that formed with the erosion of the soft rock below the hard rock rapidly than hard rock.

马华瀑布是位于被誉为联合国教科文组织世界生物圈保护区的克罗克山脉公园内需步行路径才能到达的担布南的瀑布兼巴达河的源头之一。瀑布是由硬石层底下的软石层侵蚀快过硬石层而形成直垂下水潭的水流的自然现象。

VIII.Kipandi Butterfly Park/奇班底蝴蝶公园:

Kipandi Butterfly Park is the butterfly park which is breeding over 100 species of butterflies including the Rajah Brooke Birdwing & Golden Birdwing etc. & also breeding the beetles, orchids, pitcher plants & medicinal plants etc. even contains the butterfly museum. Butterfly is the insect that feeding on pollen & nectar of flowers which is specialized on camouflage & mimicry.

奇班底蝴蝶公园是饲养着包括翠叶红颈凤蝶和金裳凤蝶在内的超过一百种蝴蝶还抚育着甲虫、兰花/胡姬花、猪笼草和草药等甚至含有蝴蝶博物馆的蝴蝶公园。蝴蝶是一种以花类的花蜜与花粉来进食及其特性于掩饰与拟态的昆虫。

IX.Tagal Tinopikon Park(Tagal Taman Tinopikon)/提诺比干河鱼疗区公园:
Tagal Tinopikon Park is the traditional fish spa of Sabah which is also known as fishing prohibited area called Tagal that is also provided the local culinary experience, rubber tapping demonstration & jungle trekking etc. Tagal is the local community based fisheries management system of Sabah since 1980s where is named after Kadazan-Dusun word means don't that consists of red zone(non fishing zone), yellow zone(seasonal fishing zone) & green zone(open fishing zone).

提诺比干河鱼疗区公园是也提供着当地餐饮体验、割胶展示和森林徒步等的也称为Tagal 的禁捕区的沙巴传统鱼疗。Tagal 制度是自一九八零年代以来以意思为不要的卡达山-杜顺文来命名的包含了红区(禁捕区)、黄区(季节性捕鱼区)与绿区(开放捕鱼区)的沙巴的当地社群基础渔业管理系统。

Pogunon Community Museum is the museum located in the ancient graveyard of megalith which has been discovered the three jars with human bones, pieces of four jars & ceramics on 2000.

波谷农社区博物馆是位于在二零零年发现含有人类骸骨的三口缸、四口缸的碎片和瓷器的古代巨石阵墓葬区内的博物馆。

Keningau is the district capital & also local government seat of Keningau District where its name is derived from the Koningau(Indonesian Cinnamon) with public hospital & largest livestock centre of Malaysia, it is famous for longest straight road of Malaysia & geographical indication called Cinnamon/Kayu Manis.

根地咬是含有公共医院以及马来西亚最大的畜牧中心的其名字源自于Koningau(阴香)的根地咬县的县府兼地方政府所在地，它以马来西亚最长的直线路段以及地理标志产品肉桂闻名。

It is the Tamu/market which is selling the local live poultry, fruits, vegetables, handicrafts & foods etc. on every morning of Thursday & Sunday. The Tamu is the weekly market that only operating during certain days in every week.

它是每个星期四与星期日早上售卖着当地活家禽、水果、蔬菜、手工艺术品以及美食等的市集(Tamu)。Tamu 是一座每个星期只营业几天的每周市集。

II.Keningau Night Market(Pasar Malam Keningau)/根地咬夜市:

It is the night market of Keningau which its operation is starting on 3pm that famous for local street foods such as Bakso, Soto & barbequed foods etc. Located near the market is the tourist information centre with historical photos & handicrafts.

它是以像肉丸、索托和烧烤美食等当地街头美食闻名的根地咬的夜市，它在下午三点开始营业。位于夜市附近就是含有老照片与手工艺术品的旅游咨询中心。

III.Keningau Heritage Museum/(Muzium Warisan Keningau)/根地咬遗产博物馆:

Keningau Heritage Museum is former government rest house which is displaying the history, culture, zoology, ethnobotany, sports & Islam of Keningau that built on 1947. Located not far from museum is the World War II Monument known as Cho Huan Lai War Memorial.

建于一九四七年的根地咬遗产博物馆是展览着根地咬历史、文化、动物学、民族植物学、体育与伊斯兰教的前政府度假屋。位于博物馆不远处就是二战纪念碑卓还來领事暨二战死难英雄纪念碑。

IV.Keningau Oath Stone(Batu Sumpah)/根地咬宣誓石:

Keningau Oath Stone/Batu Sumpah is the monument for commemorating the North Borneo(Sabah) joined Malaysia & people of Interior Division of Sabah are pledged to loyalty to Malaysia on 1963 which is built in the Department of Land & Survey of Keningau/Jabatan Tanah & Ukur Keningau on 1964 & moved to Keningau Heritage Museum on 2018.

根地咬宣誓石是在一九六四年于根地咬土地与测量局(Jabatan Tanah & Ukur Keningau)建造及在二零一八年迁至根地咬遗产博物馆的用以纪念北婆罗洲(沙巴)在一九六三年加入马来西亚及沙巴内陆省人民宣誓效忠马来西亚的纪念碑。

V.Matanoi Hill/马塔诺伊山:
Matanoi Hill is the mountain hiking area of Keningau located in the Crocker Range where is famous for its photo spots such as Bird Nest, Love Arch & Giant Straw Hat etc. & also rabbit farm that can be watching the sunset.

马塔诺伊山是位于克罗克山脉内可瞭望日落的以其像鸟巢、爱心门和巨型草帽等拍照区还有兔子园闻名的根地咬登山区。

VI.Crocker Range Park/克罗克山脉公园:

Crocker Range Park is the International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN) National Park where is breeding over 200 species of animals including Orangutan, Sunbear & Clouded Leopard etc. that famous for its Salt Trail which is the traditional route between West Coast & interior village that used by locals for taking the local products to the weekly market/Tamu & returning with salt & others, it is comes crowded during the Rafflesia blooming seasons, this national park that managed by Board of Trustees of Sabah Parks has been described as UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve on 2014, it is also part of Heart of Borneo. The first national park in the world is the Yellowstone National Park of United States.

克罗克山脉公园是以当地人用以把当地产品带到每周市集(Tamu)及带着盐和其他物品归来的西海岸和内陆村庄之间的传统道路盐路闻名的抚育了超过两百种动物品种包括红毛猩猩、马来熊和云豹等的国家公园，它在大王花/莱佛士花开花季节期间吸引人潮，这座由沙巴公园董事会(Board of Trustees of Sabah Parks)所管理的国家公园已经在二零一四年被列为联合国教科文组织世界生物圈保护区，它也是婆罗洲之心(Heart of Borneo)的一部分。全世界第一座国家公园是美国的黄石国家公园。

VII.Chin's Orchard Keningau/根地咬陈果园:

Chin's Orchard Keningau is the largest dragon fruit/pitaya farm of Sabah where is famous for largest dragon fruit/pitaya model of Sabah, lookout tower called Heavenly Blessings Tower, multi coloured steps called Heavenly Stairway & rabbit farm etc. Pitaya/Pitahaya/Dragon Fruit is the fruits of different Cactaceae family plants from America.

根地咬陈果园是以沙巴最大的火龙果模型、名叫万福塔的瞭望塔、色彩缤纷的阶梯天梯以及兔子园等闻名的沙巴最大的火龙果园。火龙果/仙蜜果是来自美洲不同种类的仙人掌科植物的果实。
