Brief Description of State of Johor Darul Takzim/柔佛州简介:
Johor is the fifth largest state in Malaysia & third largest state in Peninsular Malaya where is also the southermost part of Eurasia Continent. The Johor is name after the Arabic word, Jauhar means Gems/Jewel. The Modern Johor Sultanate/Temenggung Dynasty is founded by Temenggung Daeng Ibrahim on 1855 & his son, the Sultan Abu Bakar is the first Sultan of Modern Johor Sultanate/Temenggung Dynasty. Johor is also part of Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle(IMT-GT) & Singapore-Johor-Riau(SIJORI) Growth Triangle, the Johor Bahru District, Kulai District & Pontian District are part of Iskandar Malaysia & Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone(JS-SEZ)(including the the region whose are mentioned above & Pengerang region) and Mersing District is also part of East Coast Economic Region(ECER). The state capital of Johor is Johor Bahru where is contains a causeway for connecting between the Malaysia & Singapore. Now, the state administrative centre of Johor has been moved to Iskandar Puteri. Furthermore, the Sultan of Johor has been declared the Muar/Empress City/Bandar Maharani is the royal capital of Johor and the royal palace of Johor called Bukit Serene Palace where is famous for its huge crown archway is still located in the Johor Bahru. Johor Bahru is the southernmost city of Malaysia where is famous for its Johor Bahru Chingay Parade of Johor Old Chinese Temple that held on First Month of Chinese Lunar Calendar every year. 这是面向马六甲海峡的在晚上期间充满人潮的可让游客可享受海风的马六甲著名的烧鱼村。它也提供到达五屿岛以及马来西亚渔业局所管理的马六甲海洋公园的一部分的的乌丹岛的快艇服务。烧鱼是马来文叫Ikan Bakar 以炭炉烧烤来配搭辣味叁巴酱(Sambal)来吃的当地美食。另外，乌丹岛是坐落马六甲海峡上提供着浮潜与环岛游活动的拥有建于一八八零年的马来西亚最古老的灯塔之一、三叠纪时期(2.5190.2亿年前至2.014亿年前之间)的花岗岩突岩群(能证明这座岛屿是蒂迪旺沙山脉的最南端部分的在小山顶上的岩石)、约七十米长的会根据海潮季节而改变的连接着主要岛屿的连岛沙洲与浮潜区等的岛屿。

Besar Island(not confused with Besar Island/Pulau Besar of Johor) is the pregnant lady shaped small island of Straits of Malacca which is the former resting site of fishermen during the 15th Century era that famous for various legends and several ancient Muslim tombs etc., visitors can going around the island by taking the taxi services. Except for that, the island is also the granite outcrops/exposed rocky parts of Titiwangsa Mountains/Titiwangsa Range.

Food in Umbai/旺梨美食:
The Grilled Fish which is known as Ikan Bakar in Malay language is the local dish that the fish is grilled with barbeque oven & served with spicy Sambal sauce, the Malay Style Grilled Fish/Ikan Bakar of Malacca can be enjoying together with Nasi Lemak which is the rice dish that its white rice is cooking with coconut milk and wrapped together with Sambal sauce inside the banana leaves. Visitors can also trying other seafood cuisine that cooking by grilling & frying in here. One of the famous grilled fish stalls in Umbai is the Ikan Bakar Parameswara.

烧鱼是马来文叫Ikan Bakar 以炭炉烧烤来配搭辣味叁巴酱(Sambal)来吃的当地美食，马六甲的马来烧鱼可配搭用香蕉叶包裹着的含有叁巴酱的用椰奶熬煮而成的饭类椰浆饭一起食用，游客也可尝试其他以烧烤或煮炒方式烹煮的海鲜佳肴。旺梨其中一间著名的烧鱼摊位就是Ikan Bakar Parameswara。
