Tuaran/斗亚兰:

Tuaran is the district capital & local government seat of Tuaran District where its name is derived from the Malay word, Tawaran means freshwater or to bargain because the Tuaran is the source of freshwater of locals or trading area before British colonial era that famous for Bahar Wine, Tuaran Mee & Bambangan Pickles etc., it is contains the terminus of Route 22 Sabah(part of Pan-Borneo Highway/Asian Highway 150/AH150), public hospital & bus terminal. Located near the Tuaran is the Kiulu where is famous for whitewater rafting along the Kiulu River. Both areas are also part of Crocker Range has been described as UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.

斗亚兰是以当地棕榈酒(Bahar)、斗亚兰面和腌制野芒果等闻名的其名字源自于马来文Tawaran 意译为淡水或去议价因斗亚兰是当地人淡水来源地或英国殖民时期前的贸易区而得名的斗亚兰县的县府与地方政府所在地，它拥有沙巴二十二号公路(泛婆罗洲大道/泛婆罗洲高速公路/亚洲公路一百五十号线(AH150)的一部分)、公共医院以及公车总站。位于斗亚兰附近就是以沿着九鲁河激流泛舟闻名的九鲁。两者都是被列为联合国教科文组织世界生物圈保护区的克洛克山脉的一部分。

I.Tuaran Weekly Market(Tamu Tuaran)/斗亚兰每周市集:

Tuaran Weekly Market/Tamu Tuaran is the market/Tamu of Tuaran which is selling local fruits, vegetables, handicrafts & street foods etc. on every Sunday. The Tamu is the weekly market that only operating during certain days in every week.

斗亚兰每周市集是在每个星期四、星期六、星期日售卖着当地水果、蔬菜、鱼类和手工艺术品等的斗亚兰的每周市集(Tamu)。Tamu 是一座每个星期只营业几天的每周市集。

II.Ling San Pagoda & Temple/龙山塔(龙山庙):

Ling San Pagoda & Temple is the Chinese temple where is dedicated to Chinese God of Loyalty & also Patron God of Nan'an(南安) of Fujian Province of China called Lord Guangze King(广泽尊王/郭忠福/郭圣公) that famous for its nine storeyed pagoda. Guangze King Belief is the Chinese folk religion which is originated from Fengshan Temple(凤山寺) of Nan'an of Fujian Province of China. The Chinese temple architectural style is the temple that constructed based on Chinese philosophy called Feng Shui(风水) with the structure features like dougong(斗栱), curved roof & eaves etc.

龙山塔/龙山庙是以其九层宝塔闻名的供奉着华人忠孝神兼中国福建省南安保护神广泽尊王/郭忠福/郭圣公的华人庙宇。广泽尊王是源自于中国福建省南安的凤山寺的华人民间信仰。中式/汉式庙宇建筑风格是根据华人/汉人风水哲理来建造像斗栱、曲线型屋顶与屋檐等建筑特色的庙宇。

III.Borneo Lotud Museum(Muzium Lotud Borneo)/婆罗洲罗都杜顺族博物馆:

Muzium Lotud Borneo is the first Dusun Lotud community museum of Malaysia where is showing the culture of Dusun Lotud community. Dusun Lotud are the one of sub ethnic groups of Kadazan Dusun whose are majority lived in Tuaran & Kadazan-Dusun/Mamosok Sabah are two indigenous groups that consists of Kadazan & Dusun whose are lived in Sabah & Labuan of Malaysia.

婆罗洲罗都杜顺族博物馆是展示着罗都杜顺族社群的文化的全马来西亚第一间罗杜族社群博物馆。罗都杜顺族是大多数居住在斗亚兰的卡达山-杜顺族的其中一个分支部落以及卡达山-杜顺族是居住在马来西亚沙巴与纳闽的包含了卡达山族与杜顺族的两个族群。

IV.Rumah Terbalik & 3D Wonders Museum/颠倒屋与三维立体奇观博物馆:

Rumah Terbalik & 3D Wonders Museum is the first upside down house of South East Asia which is also contains the first trick art museum of East Malaysia Region. The trick art is invented by the American artist called Mr.Kurt Wenner & the first upside down house in the world is appeared in the Szymbark of Poland.

颠倒屋与三维立体奇观博物馆是也拥有东马来西亚区第一间幻觉艺术博物馆的东南亚第一间颠倒屋。幻觉艺术是由美国艺术家库尔特·温纳(Kurt Wenner)先生所发明以及全世界第一间颠倒屋在波兰希姆巴克出现。

V.Tamparuli Suspension Bridge/担布罗里吊桥:

Tamparuli Suspension Bridge is the suspension bridge where is famous for its local folk song called Jambatan Tamparuli for crossing the Tamparuli River to arrive the Tamparuli Weekly Market/Tamu Tamparuli which is selling local fruits, vegetables, clothes & livestock etc. on every Tuesday & Wednesday. The Tamu is the weekly market that only operating during certain days in every week.

担布罗里吊桥是以名叫Jambatan Tamparuli 的当地民谣闻名的越过担布罗里河到达每个星期二与星期三售卖着当地水果、蔬菜、服饰以及家畜等的担波罗里每周市集(Tamu)的吊桥。Tamu 是一座每个星期只营业几天的每周市集。

VI.Jurassic Land Kiulu/九鲁侏罗纪园地:
It is the first dinosaur theme park of Sabah where is not only displaying the dinosaur models like Tyrannosaurus Rex, Velociraptors & Triceratops etc. but also contains the slide, zipline/flying fox, trampoline, replica fossils digging site, obstacle course, dinosaur show, rotating swings & souvenirs shop etc. Dinosaurs are the extinct reptiles that has been appeared since Triassic period whose were the largest land animals in the world.

它是不只是展览着如霸王龙、迅猛龙及三角龙等恐龙模型还拥有滑梯、溜索/飞狐活动、蹦床、仿造化石挖掘区、障碍游戏区、恐龙表演、旋转秋千和纪念品店等的全沙巴第一间恐龙主题公园。恐龙是在三叠纪时期就已出现的已绝种的爬行类动物。

VII.Bungalio Hill/担布罗里玻璃桥:

Bungalio Hill is the hill where is contains the longest & highest glass bottom bridge of Sabah about 400 feet long that need to visit by paying the entrance fee, it can watching sunset.

担布罗里玻璃桥是位于山上需付入门票参观的约四百英尺长的沙巴最长与最高的玻璃底桥，它可观赏日落。

VIII.Sabandar Cowboy Town/沙班达牛仔城:

Sabandar Cowboy Town is the tourist spot where is contains the beach, mangrove forest park, horse ride, traditional house of Dusun Lotud community & river cruise etc. The Cowboy is the cattle ranch herder of North American & also professional in rodeo.

沙班达牛仔城是含有海滩、红树林公园、骑马游、罗都杜顺族社群的传统房屋以及游河船等的旅游景点。牛仔是北美洲的牧牛场的牧牛人同时也是也专业于牧牛马术。

IX.Bajau Sama Cultural Centre(Pusat Kebudayaan Rumpun Bajau Sama)/巴遥族文化中心:

Bajau Sama Cultural Centre is the cultural centre of Bajau community where is contains the exhibition gallery, traditional houses, horse stable & mini herbs garden etc. that need to visit by guided tour services. Sama-Bajau/Bajau are the ethnic groups whose are majority lived in Malay Archipelago/Nusantara(Malaysia, Philippines & Indonesia) has been titled as Sea Gypsies/Sea Nomads.

巴遥族文化中心是需导览服务来参观的拥有展览厅、传统房屋、马棚和小型草药园等的巴瑶/巴夭族社群的文化中心。巴瑶/巴夭族是被誉为海上吉普赛人的大多数居住在马来群岛/南洋群岛(马来西亚、菲律宾与印尼)的民族群体。

X.Tuaran Crocodile Farm/斗亚兰鳄鱼园:

Tuaran Crocodile Farm is the largest crocodile farm of Sabah which is also breeding other animals like butterfly, deer & rabbit etc. & provided crocodile show, fishing pond & feeding activities. The name of Crocodile is came from Ancient Greek word κροκόδιλος means lizard & it is the predator & nocturnal animal has the very well sensitivity of smell & good night vision, it also can swimming in saltwater because it contains salt gland to filter out the salt like crying.

斗亚兰鳄鱼园是也饲养者其它动物如蝴蝶、鹿和兔子等以及提供鳄鱼表演、钓鱼池和喂食活动的全沙巴最大的鳄鱼园。鳄鱼的英文名Crocodile 是源自古希腊文κροκόδιλος 意译为蜥蜴，它是拥有高敏感度的嗅觉以及很好的夜间视觉令它成为捕食者与夜行性动物，它也可在咸水内游行因它拥有像流泪般除去盐分的盐腺。

XI.Rasa Ria Nature Reserve/香格里拉莎利雅度假村自然保护区:
It is the natural reserve of Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort where is provided the guided jungle trekking, bird watching, discovery centre, sunrise viewing lookout point, night jungle walk, archery, river cruise, golf, horse ride & watersports activities etc. that breeding the hornbill, binturong, otter, reticulated python, monitor lizard, sea turtle & mousedeer etc.

它是提供着森林徒步导览游、观鸟活动、探索中心、观赏日出的瞭望台、夜间森林徒步、射箭、游河船、高尔夫球、骑马和水上运动等以及抚育着犀鸟、熊狸、水獭、网纹蟒、巨蜥、海龟和鼠鹿等的香格里拉莎利雅度假村的自然保护区。

Our Land Eco Farm is the leisure farm where is contains the farm to table concept seafood restaurant, organic vegetables farm, goat farm, rabbit farm, poultry house, stingless bee farm & sea aquarium etc. that can be visiting by guided tour services.

大地自然生态农庄是可通过导览服务来参观的拥有从农场到餐桌概念海鲜餐厅、有机菜园、养羊场、兔子园、家禽屋、银蜂蜂园以及海洋水族馆等的休闲农场。

XIII.Linangkit Cultural Village/莉那吉文化村:

Linangkit Cultural Village is the Dusun Lotud cultural village which is showing the culture of Dusun Lotud community including the wearing the traditional costumes experience, handicrafts making demonstrations, tapioca plucking & cultural show etc. & also provided the river cruise & firefly watching etc. Dusun Lotud are the one of sub ethnic groups of Kadazan Dusun whose are majority lived in Tuaran & Kadazan-Dusun/Mamosok Sabah are two indigenous groups that consists of Kadazan & Dusun whose are lived in Sabah & Labuan of Malaysia.

莉那吉文化村是展示着罗都杜顺族社群的文化包括穿传统服饰体验、手工艺术品制造展示、摘木薯和文化表演等还提供游河船和观赏萤火虫等服务的罗都杜顺族文化村。罗都杜顺族是大多数居住在斗亚兰的卡达山-杜顺族的其中一个分支部落以及卡达山-杜顺族是居住在马来西亚沙巴与纳闽的包含了卡达山族与杜顺族的两个族群。

XIV.Peak of Hope/希望之峰:

Peak of Hope is the hill where can watching sunset about 2050m high that contains the photo spots, All Terrain Vehicle(A.T.V.)/quadbike ride, zipline/flying fox, rabbit park & paragliding etc.

希望之峰是拥有拍照区、全地形车/四轮摩托车乘坐游、溜索/飞狐活动、兔子园及滑翔伞活动等的可观赏日落的约两千零五十米高的山丘。

XV.Borneo Ant House/婆罗洲蚂蚁屋:

Borneo Ant House is the first underground ant sculpture gallery of Malaysia where is contains the mini museum that showing the ants, culture of ethnic groups of Borneo & swords collection, canopy walkway, traditional houses of races of Borneo & largest ant sculpture of Malaysia. Ants are the Formicidae family insects which is contains the division of labour & communicate each other with pheromones, sounds & touch that some can be used as food, some ant species are considered as pests.

婆罗洲蚂蚁屋是含有展示着蚂蚁、婆罗洲民族的文化和剑收藏的微型博物馆、树冠层吊桥、婆罗洲民族的传统房屋以及全马来西亚最大的蚂蚁雕塑的全马来西亚第一间地底蚂蚁雕塑展览厅。蚂蚁是拥有劳动分工及以信息素、声音和触觉来与对方沟通的一些可作为食物的蚁科昆虫，一些蚂蚁品种归类为害虫。

I.Chanteek Borneo Indigenous Museum/Chanteek Borneo 原住民博物馆:

Chanteek Borneo Indigenous Museum is the first miniature indigenous costume museum of Malaysia where is displaying the miniature dolls of different races of Sabah & Sarawak such as Dayak, Kadazan-Dusun & Bajau Sama etc. about over 300 dolls.

Chanteek Borneo 原住民博物馆是展览着超过三百个沙巴与砂拉越/沙捞越不同民族像达雅族、卡达山-杜顺族与巴瑶/巴夭族等的袖珍玩偶的全马来西亚第一间袖珍原住民服饰博物馆。

II.Borneo Kellybays/龙尾湾:

Borneo Kellybays is the tourist attraction which is provided camping site, batik painting experience, cooking demonstrations, paddle boat, banana boat, kayaking, fishing & crab catching etc.

龙尾湾是提供露营区、绘制峇迪蜡染布体验、烹饪展示、脚踏船、香蕉船、划皮艇、钓鱼以及捕蟹等的旅游景点。

In the Tuaran, visitors can tasting the Tuaran Mee which is fried noodles that served with handmade yellow noodles that made with large amount of eggs in the Lok Kyun Restaurant & the Tamparuli Mee which is the fried handmade egg noodles with egg & barbequed pork in the Wun Chiap Restaurant & Coffee House(place of origins of Tamparuli Mee) & Keng Swee Hing Coffee Shop of Tamparuli.

在斗亚兰，游客可品尝乐群酒家的以大量鸡蛋来制造的手工黄面来炒的炒面斗亚兰面以及担布罗里的云集酒家(担布罗里面的发源地)与琼瑞兴茶餐室内品尝配搭鸡蛋与叉烧来炒的炒手工鸡蛋面担布罗里面。
