Kuala Penyu/瓜拉班佑:

Kuala Penyu(formerly known as Sitompok) is the district capital & local government seat of Kuala Penyu District & also main gateway to Tiga Island Park/Taman Pulau Tiga where its name is derived from the turtle shaped like group of rock located near the river bank that contains the roll on roll off ferry services to Labuan & public hospital, it is famous for sago & geographical indication called Arbil(local traditional alcohol drink) & comes crowded during the Rumbia Festival/Pesta Rumbia. Furthermore, Kuala Penyu is also main settlement of sub-ethnic group of Kadazan-Dusun community called Dusun Tatana whose are only Kadazan-Dusun community that celebrated the Chinese festivals like Chinese New Year/Spring Festival.

瓜拉班佑是其名字源自于位于河岸旁相似海龟的石群的拥有前往纳闽的汽车轮渡服务及公共医院的瓜拉班佑县的县府与地方政府所在地兼迪加岛公园的主要入口，它以西米/沙谷与地理标志产品兼当地传统酒精饮品Arbil 酒闻名及在硕莪节期间吸引人潮。另外，瓜拉班佑也是卡达山-杜顺社群的支族同时也是唯一庆祝像春节/农历新年的华人节庆的卡达山-杜顺社群的塔塔娜杜顺族的主要集聚地。

I.Rumbia Information Centre/硕莪资讯中心:

Rumbia Information Centre is the information centre which is displaying the information related to Rumbia/sago palm & showing the handicrafts & foods that made by Rumbia/sago palm. Sago Palm/Rumbia is the native tropical palm of South East Asia which is used to produce the sago starch.

硕莪资讯中心是展览着与硕莪相关的资讯以及展示着硕莪所制造出来的手工艺术品和美食的资讯中心。硕莪是用以生产西米/沙谷淀粉的东南亚原生热带棕榈树。

II.Batu Luang Beach/巴都璐安海滩:

Batu Luang Beach is the beach which is facing the South China Sea that famous for its bell shaped rock called Batu Luang that surrounded by mossy rocks, it can also watching sunset. The beach is the coastal landform that formed with the sands, gravel, pebble & rocks etc. that carried by the waves to the area.

巴都璐安海滩是以被苔藓岩石环绕着的名叫Batu Luang 的钟型岩石闻名的面向南海/南中国海的海滩，它也可瞭望日落。海滩是一种由海浪带来这地个区的沙、砾石、鹅卵石与石头等形成的滨海地形。

III.K.P.Mud Volcano/瓜拉班佑泥火山:
K.P.Mud Volcano is the mud volcano of Kuala Penyu where can doing mud bathing. Mud volcano is the geological formation which is formed with eruption of mud, liquid & gas & some mud volcanoes can be used as mud bath purpose.

瓜拉班佑泥火山是可进行泡泥浴的瓜拉班佑的泥火山。泥火山是由泥浆、液体与气体喷发形成的地形及一些泥火山则可用以泥浴用途。

IV.Klias Wetland/吉拉斯河湿地:
It is the river cruise along the Klias River/Klias Wetland where can watching the sunset & wildlife such as Proboscis Monkeys, Silver Langur & fireflies etc. that need to visit by booking first from tour operators like Klias River Cruise & Monkey Tops Safari etc. The wetland area is the ecosystem where can functioning as flood control, water purification & shoreline stabilization.

Tiga Island Park/Taman Pulau Tiga is the International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN) National Park of the Board of Trustees of Sabah Parks & also group of islands located on the South China Sea where is famous for its mud volcano that can doing mud bathing & the Snake Island/Kalampunian Damit Island/Pulau Kalampunian Damit/Pulau Ular that breeding the sea snakes like Banded Sea Krait has been titled as Survivor Islands due to it is the filming site of Season 1 of American competitive reality television series, Survivor, it is named after the largest island of this park that provided exhibition centre, accommodation facilities, jungle trekking, snorkeling & scuba diving etc. Mud volcano is the geological formation which is formed with eruption of mud, liquid & gas & some mud volcanoes can be used as mud bath purpose. The first national park in the world is the Yellowstone National Park of United States.

Sipitang is the district capital & local government seat of Sipitang District located near the border between Sabah & Sarawak where is contains the terminus of Route 1 Sabah(part of Pan-Borneo Highway/Asian Highway 150/AH150), ferry services to Labuan, bus terminal, public hospital & petroleum industrial zone that famous for its esplanade & geographical indication called Babeh Lundayeh.

I.Hock Teck Kong Temple Sipitang/实必丹福德宫:

It is the Chinese temple where is dedicated to Chinese God of Land, Lord Tua Pek Kong/Tudigong/Dabogong/Fudezhensheng(福德正神/大伯公/土地公) that famous for statue of Chinese, Buddhist & Taoist Goddess of Mercy, Lord Avalokiteśvara(观世音菩萨/观音大士/慈航真人/慈航大士) about 48 feet high known as Nanhai Guanyin(南海观音). The Chinese temple architectural style is the temple that constructed based on Chinese philosophy called Feng Shui(风水) with the structure features like dougong(斗拱), curved roof & eaves etc.

它是以约四十八尺高的名为南海观音的华人民间信仰、佛教兼道教慈悲神明观世音菩萨/观音大士/慈航真人/慈航大士的塑像闻名的供奉着华人土地神福德正神/大伯公/土地公的华人庙宇。中式/汉式庙宇建筑风格是根据华人/汉人风水哲理来建造像斗栱、曲线型屋顶与屋檐等建筑特色的庙宇。

Long Pasia is the Lun Bawang/Lundayeh village where its name means river estuary of red coloured river in Lun Bawang/Lundayeh words that provided homestay programme, caving tour & jungle trekking etc., it is famous for remnants of mythical Lundayeh figure called Upai Semaring like rock carvings images, Kerangas Park/Taman Kerangas with orchids, rhododendrons & pitcher plants & Maga Falls etc., the former Queen of Denmark, Queen Margrethe II & his royal consort, late Prince Henrik are also visited this village. Lun Bawang/Lundayeh is the ethnic group whose are majority lived in the South West Sabah & Northern Sarawak of Malaysia, Brunei & North Kalimantan of Indonesia.

Beaufort is the divisional capital of Interior Division/Bahagian Pedalaman & also district capital & local government seat of Beaufort District where is named after the former British Governor of North Borneo, late Mr.Leicester Paul Beaufort that contains the bus terminal, railway train services & public hospital, it is famous for Padas River whitewater rafting, goat, Ambuyat, Beaufort Mee & Beaufort Green Orange etc. Located not far from Beaufort are the Membakut where is the district capital of Membakut District that its name is originated from Buah Bakut means sago in local word or Mamadakut means collecting sago under the tree in local word has been titled as Hometown of Sago and Bongawan where its name is derived from Malay word, Bangau means egret that famous for mangrove river cruise, fireflies sanctuary & Sky Mirror(Both three are need to visit by booking from tour operators first).
