Padang Besar/巴东勿刹:
Padang Besar(also known as Padang/P.B./Padang Besa & formerly known as Padang Jangam) is the terminus of Route 7 & KTM West Coast Railway Line and Southern Line of Thailand located near the border between Malaysia & Thailand where is contains future inland port/dry port, commuter train and intercity train services(also contains the border crossing intercity railway train services) & immigration checkpoint to another part of Padang Besar/Padang Besa/Padang/Siam Pekan in the Songkhla Province of Thailand that famous for shopping centres like Padang Besar Duty Free Complex, it is the birthplace of the local athlete, Mr.Mohammad Ridzuan who became the first Summer Paralympic Games Gold Medalist on 2016. Located near the monument is the thermometer signboard of Hottest Point of Malaysia that recorded the 40.1 Degree Celcius.

Mata Ayer FRIM Research Station(also known as Teak Eco Park/Educational Forest of Guar Chenderai/Hutan Pelajaran Guar Chenderai) is the teak research station of Forest Research Institute Malaysia(F.R.I.M.) located in the Mata Ayer Forest Reserve which is contains the teak gallery, canopy walkway with six lookout towers about 100m long(need to pay the entrance fee), Chenderai trail with Cenderai/Grewia plants about 500m long, accommodation facilities & camping site etc. has been titled as region with largest teak clones collection of Malaysia by planting the teak species from different countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, India & Trinidad and Tobago etc. Canopy Walkway/Tree Top Walk is pedestrian walkway which is originally used for conducting research on the forest canopy(upper layer of forest) but now used for tourism purpose. Teak are the endangered tropical decidous tree species of Lamiaceae family whose are mainly growth in the South East Asia, South Asia, Africa & Carribean Region that can used for construction materials, boat building, funiture making & carvings etc. purposes. The headquarters of Forest Research Institute Malaysia(F.R.I.M.) has been described as UNESCO World Heritage Site with Cultural Property is located in the Kepong of Selangor.

Gua Kelam is the limestone caves complex of Kaki Bukit(famous for fried groundnuts) which is consists of two caves, the Gua Kelam 1 is the natural limestone cave & also passageway between Kaki Bukit & Wang Kelian where is discovered by British man on 1935 that need to go inside until reached the Secret Garden by suspension bridge above the underground river about 1.5km long, its name is means dark cave in Malay words due to the tin miners are going inside by bringing the carbide lamps due to its darkness, it is also longest passageway cave of Malaysia & also second longest natural cave with suspension bridge passageway. Furthermore, Located near the Gua Kelam 1 is the second longest limestone mining cave of South East Asia & also former tin mining site with underground river known as Gua Kelam 2 where is formerly need to arrive by tram services for going through the former mining used transport track near the Gua Kelam that need to visit by hiring a guide and wearing safety helmets, this park is also contains the 3D Art Gallery for displaying the information of Gua Kelam with 3D arts, natural specimens, heritage artifacts, sound effects & QR code, the Gua Kelam themed virtual reality experience & mirror maze, the Gua Kelam is also the geosite of Setul Formation of Perlis National Geopark/Perlis Geopark and main core zone of Northern Region Archaeotourism Network(N.R.A.N.) in Perlis located inside the Mata Ayer Forest Reserve and Wang Mu Forest Reserve of longest & oldest limestone mountain range of Malaysia about 38km long called Nakawan Range(Key Biodiversity Area(KBA) & Important Bird Area(IBA). The Tin ore is the material that used to make pewter, can, solder, chemicals, tin plating & tin alloy etc. & karst cave is the cave that formed with soluble rocks that dissolved by rainwater & groundwater whose are contains organic acid.

It is the lookout point inside the Mata Ayer Forest Reserve of Wang Kelian about 304m high where can watching limestone hills of Setul Formation, Kubang Pasu Formation & Chuping Formation like Chabang Hills, sunrise & sea of mist that need to pay the entrance fee for arrving it by walking or taking a ride of shuttle services by additional fee, it is also contains the binocular platform, food stalls, information panels & photo spots like swings, huge signage of Wang Kelian and direction posts etc., it is also the migratory birds watching site during the October every year. The Wang Kelian is the main core zone of Northern Region Archaeotourism Network(N.R.A.N.) in Perlis.

Meranti Lake Recreational Forest is the former tin mining lake & also one of geosites of Perlis National Geopark/Perlis Geopark located inside the Wang Mu Semi-Deciduous Forest Zone of Perlis State Park of longest & oldest limestone mountain range of Malaysia about 38km long called Nakawan Range(Key Biodiversity Area(KBA) & Important Bird Area(IBA) where its lake water will be flowing to the Cave of Darkness/Gua Kelam of Kaki Bukit as underground river and also formed waterfalls called Lata Kasih so that Cave of Darkness/Gua Kelam will be closed during the rainy season, the Meranti Lake is also departure point of mountain hiking area about 553m high which is need to hike by obtaining the permit and hiring a guide called Pelarit Hill/Bukt Pelarit, it is also part of main core zone of Northern Region Archaeotourism Network(N.R.A.N.) in Perlis called Wang Kelian. The Tin ore is the material that used to make pewter, can, solder, chemicals, tin plating & tin alloy etc. and Semi-Decidious Forest is the forest of tropical region & subtropical region which some plants will lost part of leaves during the autumn & winter seasons or dry seasons & sometimes will loss all the leaves.
美兰蒂湖休闲森林是位于全马来西亚最长的石灰岩山脉那卡湾山脉(被列为生物多样性重点区域与重点鸟区)的玻璃市州立公园的旺姆半落叶林范围内其湖水会以地下河的方式流向加基武吉的暗窿同时也形成名叫Lata Kasih 的瀑布而导致暗窿在雨季期间将会关闭的前锡矿矿湖兼玻璃市国家地质公园地质区之一，美兰蒂湖也是需获取准证及聘请一位向导来登山的约五百五十三米高的登山区柏拉里山的出发地点，它也是玻璃市的北马考古路线的主要核心区旺吉辇的一部分。锡矿是用来制作锡制品、罐头、焊锡、化学物品、镀锡板与锡合金等的材料以及半落叶林是一些植物将在秋季与冬季或干旱季节期间失去部分叶子与有时会失去所有叶子的热带区与副热带/亚热带地区的森林。

It is the jungle trekking trail & also hundreds years old heritage trail of Perlis State Park with stream & cascades whose are formed by underground river of limestone cave about 6km long for crossing the Mata Ayer Forest Reserve and Wang Mu Forest Reserve of Nakawan Range(longest limestone mountain range of Malaysia about 38km long has been listed as Key Biodiversity Area(KBA) & Important Bird Area(IBA)) which is connecting between the Wang Kelian & Kaki Bukit that formerly used for transporting food and water supply is also located nearby, its name is originated from Thai word, Wang means valley and Malay word, Tangga means steps, it is also breeding the endemic species of Nakawan Range, it is also part of main core zone of Northern Region Archaeotourism Network(N.R.A.N.) in Perlis called Wang Kelian.

Perlis State Park(also known as Wang Kelian Biodiversity Centre) is the the first state park of Malaysia since 1997 & also geosite of Perlis National Geopark/Perlis Geopark located in the Wang Mu Semi-Deciduous Forest Zone of longest limestone mountain range of Malaysia about 38km long called Nakawan Range(Key Biodiversity Area(KBA) & Important Bird Area(IBA)) where is breeding the endemic species such as Cycas clivicola & Stump-tailed Macaque etc. that famous for Prince of Denmark Trail, Wang Burma 1 Cave and Wang Burma 2 Cave with different shape of stalactites & stalagmites like curtains, pillars & cascades etc. & northernmost point of Peninsular Malaysia(highest peak of Perlis) about 733m high known as Mount Perlis/Gunung Perlis etc., it is need to visit by hiring a guide. Semi-Decidious Forest is the forest of tropical region & subtropical region which some plants will lost part of leaves during the autumn & winter seasons or dry seasons & sometimes will loss all the leaves. Located near the state park is the former site of border market of Wang Kelian & immigration checkpoint to Wang Prachan of Satun Province of Thailand. Wang Kelian is the main core zone of Northern Region Archaeotourism Network(N.R.A.N.) in Perlis.
