Lawas/老越:

Lawas is the district capital & local government seat of Lawas District of Sarawak where its name is believed to be derived from Malay word, Luas means spacious or local dialect means safe that contains the Route 1 Sarawak(part of Pan-Borneo Highway/Asian Highway 150/AH150), immigration checkpoint to Labu of Brunei, public hospital, bus terminal, express boat services & domestic airport services, the Lawas is also official venue of Irau Aco Lun Bawang/Lun Bawang Festival which is celebrating the harvest season of Lun Bawang/Lundayeh community with cultural performances & traditional games etc. & former venue of Lawas ASEAN Floating Market Festival which is selling the local products of South East Asia on the boats. It is under territory of Northern Region Development Agency(NRDA).

老越是其名字相信是源自于马来文Luas 意译为宽敞或当地方言意译为安全的拥有砂拉越/沙捞越一号公路(泛婆罗洲大道/泛婆罗洲高速公路/亚洲公路一百五十号线(AH150)的一部分)的终站、前往文莱/汶莱的拉布的边境关卡、公共医院、公车总站、快艇服务和本地机场服务的老越县的县府与地方政府所在地，老越也是以用文化表演与传统游戏等来庆祝伦巴旺族/伦达耶族的丰收季节的伦巴旺文化节的官方举办地点以及在船上售卖东南亚当地产品的老越水上市集节的前举办地点。它也是北砂发展机构(NRDA)的管辖范围内。

I.Kampung Punang/甘榜浦南:

Kampung Punang is the Malay fishermen's village which is famous for its local smoked fish that made by smoked with mangrove woods has been described as Geographical Indication & "Drug" of Lawas called Ikan Tahai. Malay is the ethnic group whose are majority lived in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore & Brunei.

甘榜浦南是以外号为老越“毒品”的用红树木来烟熏出来的当地地理标志产品烟熏鱼(Ikan Tahai)闻名的马来渔村。马来族是一个大多数居住在马来西亚、印尼、泰国、新加坡与文莱/汶莱的民族。

II.Penawan Waterfalls Eco Park/本那湾瀑布生态公园:

Penawan Waterfalls Eco Park is the eco park which is contains the 10 tiered waterfalls including the Batu Meregab Waterfall that need to arrive by four wheel vehicle that provided by park management office by booking first. Waterfalls is natural phenomenon which the water flows will be vertical drop into the plunge pool that formed with the erosion of the soft rock below the hard rock rapidly than hard rock.

本那湾瀑布生态公园是需以预订公园管理层办公室的四轮驱动车先来到达的含有十层瀑布包括巴都莫惹加瀑布(Batu Meregab Waterfall)在内的生态公园。瀑布是由硬石层底下的软石层侵蚀快过硬石层而形成直垂下水潭的水流的自然现象。

III.Kampung Long Tuma Ceramic Bead Centre/弄杜马陶瓷珠工艺品中心:
Kampung Long Tuma Ceramic Bead Centre/Pusat Manik Seramik Kampung Long Tuma is the handicrafts centre of Lun Bawang/Lundayeh community which is selling the local handicrafts such as Ceramic Bead/Glistening Beads which is only produced in Kampung Long Tuma, the Ceramic Bead/Glistening Beads are the handicrafts whose are used to make necklaces, clothes & headgears etc. with river clay from Lawas River/Sungai Lawas by carving them into the beads with a toothpick before baking inside the kiln & drawing the patterns, visitors can also watching the making process. Lun Bawang/Lundayeh is the ethnic group whose are majority lived in the South West Sabah & Northern Sarawak of Malaysia, Brunei & North Kalimantan of Indonesia.

弄杜马陶瓷珠工艺品中心是售卖着如只在弄杜马生产陶瓷珠的手工艺术品的伦巴旺族/伦达耶族社群的手工艺术中心，陶瓷珠是用老越河的水泥土以一枝牙签来雕刻成珠子后在烧窑内烘烤及画上图案而成的用以制造项链、服饰与头饰等的手工艺术品，游客也可观赏制造过程。伦巴旺族/伦达耶族是大多数居住在马来西亚沙巴西南部与砂拉越/沙捞越北部、文莱/汶莱与印尼的北加里曼丹的民族。

IV.Kampung Tang Itong Talun Bark Handicraft Centre/Kampung Tang Itong 树皮服饰手工艺术中心:

Kampung Tang Itong Talun Bark Handicraft Centre is the handicraft centre of Lun Bawang/Lundayeh community which is produced the clothes & hats that made by Talun/Artocarpus hirsuta barks, the barks of Talun tree are made by making process such as knocking, soaking & sun drying etc. before sewing into hats & clothes. Talun Bark Clothing is the traditional clothing of Lun Bawang/Lundayeh community. Lun Bawang/Lundayeh is the ethnic group whose are majority lived in the South West Sabah & Northern Sarawak of Malaysia, Brunei & North Kalimantan of Indonesia.

Kampung Tang Itong 树皮服饰手工艺术中心是生产以名叫Talun/Artocarpus hirsuta 树的树皮制造的服饰与帽子的伦巴旺族/伦达耶族社群的手工艺术中心，名叫Talun/Artocarpus hirsuta 树的树皮是经过敲打、浸泡和晒干等过程才被缝制成帽子与服饰。Talun 树皮服饰是伦巴旺族/伦达耶族社群的传统服饰。伦巴旺族/伦达耶族是大多数居住在马来西亚沙巴西南部与砂拉越/沙捞越北部、文莱/汶莱与印尼的北加里曼丹的民族。

V.Kampung Long Lidung Tagang Project/弄利东淡水鱼保育系统计划:

Kampung Long Lidung Tagang Project is the Tagang System Project of Department of Agriculture Sarawak where is breeding the Tor/Mahseer/Semah that the opened to public for feeding the fishes by soaking the feet inside the river, it is need to arrive by four wheel vehicles. Tagang System is the river conservation & management project which its name is derived from Iban word that used for promoting eco tourism like fishing & homestay etc. & provided food supply of freshwater fishes.

弄利东淡水鱼保育系统计划是开放让公众来在水中浸泡脚来喂食鱼类的抚育着结鱼/瑟玛鱼的砂拉越/沙捞越农业局的淡水鱼保育系统计划(Tagang)，它需四轮驱动车来到达。淡水鱼保育系统计划(Tagang)是其名字源自于伊班文的用以推广生态旅游如钓鱼和民宿等以及提供淡水鱼食物供应的河流保育与管理计划。

VI.Merarap Hotsprings Lodge/孟拉拉温泉度假村

Merarap Hotsprings Lodge/Merarap Hot Spring Retreat is the hot springs resort of Long Merarap where is contains the fountains & accommodation facilities etc. that need to arrive by four wheel vehicle. Hot Springs is the geothermal hot temperature water spring which its water came from crust of Earth with water temperature is above the human body temperature, some hot springs has the medical purpose & safe temperature so that it is suitable for bathing.

孟拉拉温泉度假村是需四轮驱动车来到达含有喷泉与住宿设施等的弄玛拉乐的温泉度假村。温泉/热水湖是泉水从地球地壳冒出来泉水温度高过人体体温的地底高温泉水水池，一些温泉/热水湖则拥有医疗作用与安全温度所以它可适合泡澡。

VII.Payeh Maga Highlands Conservation Area/巴耶玛卡高原保护区:

Payeh Maga Highlands Conservation Area is the bird watching site with homestay located in the Long Tuyo where its name is means swampy highlands in Lun Bawang words that breeding over 100 bird species including the 27 endemic bird species like Bornean Banded Pitta, Bornean Green Magpie & Bornean Bulbul etc., it is need to arrive by four wheel vehicles.

巴耶玛卡高原保护区是位于弄杜友内其名字在伦巴旺文意译为沼泽高原的抚育着包括像婆罗洲蓝尾八色鸫、婆罗洲绿鹊及婆罗洲鹎等二十七种特有鸟类物种在内的超过一百种鸟类物种的含有民宿的观鸟区，它需四轮驱动车来到达。

VIII.Ba'Kelalan Highlands/峇加拉兰高原:

Ba'Kelalan Highlands is the villages of Lun Bawang community located in the Maligan Highlands where its name is derived from Kelalan River that famous for its apples like Manalagi Apple/Ba'Kelalan Apple, Rice Coffee/Kopi Beras, Eco Printing Textiles, Adan Rice(geographical indication), highlands salt(geographical indication which is produced by crystalizing the water that transported from salt springs by water pipes with cooking on the wood fire), organic vegetables, paddy fields & homestay etc., it is also the departure point for hiking the Mount Murud/Gunung Murud, its temperature is range from 19 degree Celsius to 24 degree Celsius, it is need to arrive by four wheel drive vehicle or domestic flight services. Lun Bawang/Lundayeh is the ethnic group whose are majority lived in the South West Sabah & Northern Sarawak of Malaysia, Brunei & North Kalimantan of Indonesia.

峇加拉兰高原是位于玛利甘高原内其名字源自于格拉兰河(Kelalan River)的以如名叫Manalagi 的苹果、米咖啡(Kopi Beras)、植物移印染纺织品、地理标志产品高原水稻米(Adan Rice)、高山盐(以柴火来烹煮以水管来抽取盐泉的水直到水晶化来生产的地理标志产品)、有机蔬菜、稻田和民宿等闻名的伦巴旺族/伦达耶族社群的村庄群，它也是攀爬毛律山的出发地点，其温度位于十九摄氏度至二十四摄氏度之间，它需四轮驱动车或本地飞机服务来到达。伦巴旺族/伦达耶族是大多数居住在马来西亚沙巴西南部与砂拉越/沙捞越北部、文莱/汶莱与印尼的北加里曼丹的民族。

IX.Pulong Tau National Park/砻头国家公园:

Pulong Tau National Park is the International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN) National Park where is famous for its Mount Murud/Gunung Murud which is the highest peak of Sarawak about 2424m high & twin peak called Batu Lawi about 2043m high that need to arrive by hiking from Bario or Ba'Kelalan, it is also part of Heart of Borneo. The first national park in the world is the Yellowstone National Park of United States.

砻头国家公园是需从巴里奥与峇加拉兰攀登到达的以约两千四百二十四米高的砂拉越/沙捞越最高峰毛律山以及约两千零四十三米高的双峰巴杜拉威山(Batu Lawi)闻名的国际自然保护联盟国家公园，它也是婆罗洲之心(Heart of Borneo)的一部分。全世界第一座国家公园是美国的黄石国家公园。
