Tenom/丹南:

Tenom(formerly known as Port Birch) is the district capital & local government seat of Tenom District located in the Crocker Range UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve where is the main gateway of Murut community settlement that contains the terminus of Route 500 Sabah, public hospital & railway train services & famous for Padas River/Sungai Padas whitewater rafting, only main hydroelectric dam of Sabah called Tenom Pangi Dam, coffee, pomelo & Kelarai Weaving has been listed as Geographical Indication & also Tenom Beauty Durian with red coloured flesh, Corn-fed Chicken & Longchuan Spring Rolls etc. & formerly famous for Capon, it is also the terminus of Sabah State Railway, its majority of Chinese community are Hakka community. In the rural area of Tenom is contains the Lumuyu Rock Carving which is the weathered sandstone boulder with mysterious patterns that related to legend of six brothers to release their sorrow to their deceased youngest brother has been described as State Heritage of Sabah.

丹南是位于克罗克山脉联合国教科文组织世界生物圈保护区内以巴达河激流泛舟、沙巴唯一的主要水力发电站丹南邦宜水坝、被列为地理标志产品的咖啡、柚子与丹南竹编纺织品(Kelarai)还有含有红色果肉的丹南美少女榴莲、包黍鸡和龙川春卷等闻名及从前以阉鸡闻名的拥有沙巴五零零号公路的终站、公共医院以及铁道火车服务的丹南县的县府与地方政府所在地兼姆鲁/毛律社群集聚地的主要入口，它也是沙巴州铁道的终站，其大多数华裔社群都是客家社群。在丹南的郊区拥有被列为沙巴州遗产的含有与向已逝世的兄弟表示悲伤的六兄弟的传说相关的神秘图案的已风化砂岩圆石麓梦悠神秘巨石图腾。

I.Antanom Museum/安达农博物馆:

Antanom Museum is museum which is the former European cemetery that named after the local Murut warrior, Ontoros Antanom/Antanum for displaying the heritage artifacts & handicrafts of Murut community.

安达农博物馆是前身为欧洲人墓园的用以展览着姆鲁/毛律社群的历史文物和手工艺术品的以当地姆鲁族/毛律族斗士安达农(Ontoros Antanom/Antanum)来命名的博物馆。

II.Kopi Fatt Choi Kilang & Resort(Fatt Choi Coffee Cabin)/发财咖啡咖啡厂与度假村:

It is the wood fired roasted coffee factory & also resort which is founded by local merchant, Mr.Foong Choon Sang(方春生) on 1983 that provided factory & plantation tour & accommodation facilities, it is need to visit by booking first. Coffee beans is the seeds of the berries of Coffea plant which is the native plant of tropical region of Africa can be roasted to become a drink.

这是由当地商人方春生先生在一九八三年所创立提供着工厂与种植园导览游以及住宿设施的柴火烘烤的咖啡厂兼度假村，它需预订先才能参观。咖啡豆是源自于非洲热带区的咖啡树的果实内可用来烘焙成饮料的种子。

III.Yit Foh Coffee Factory/丹南益和咖啡厂:

It is the oldest coffee factory of Sabah which is founded by local coffee producer, Mr.Yong Loong Vun(杨龙文) on 1960 that contains the coffee park with accommodation facilities, colourful umbrella garden & cafe & roasted the coffee beans by wood fire. Coffee beans is the seeds of the berries of Coffea plant which is the native plant of tropical region of Africa can be roasted to become a drink.

这是由当地咖啡生产商杨龙文在一九六零年所创立的以柴火烘烤咖啡豆的含有包含了住宿设施、色彩缤纷的雨伞公园与咖啡厅的咖啡苑的全沙巴最古老的咖啡厂。咖啡豆是源自于非洲热带区的咖啡树的果实内可用来烘焙成饮料的种子。

IV.Sabah Agricultural Park/沙巴农业公园:

It is the part of agricultural research centre which is contains the native orchids centre, hybrid orchids gardens, living crop museum, animal park, bee centre & orchards etc., it is provided the fishing activities, accommodation facilities & bicycle rental services etc. & famous for its Sunday Market/Tamu Minggu & Flower Festival.

这座是拥有原生兰花中心、杂交兰花园、农作物博物馆、动物公园、蜜蜂中心与果园等的农业研究所的一部分，它提供垂钓活动、住宿设施和脚踏车租借服务等以及以其周末市集(Tamu Minggu)和花卉节闻名。

V.Murut Cultural Centre/姆鲁族文化中心:

It is the Murut cultural museum which is displaying the culture & customs of Murut community including the traditional clothes, sub-ethnic groups, weapons & artworks etc. that provided the traditional games & traditional clothes rental services etc., it is built in traditional Murut house architectural style, it is also the official venue of Kalimaran Festival/Pesta Kalimaran. Murut community is the indigenous ethnic group of northern inland region of Borneo.

这间是展览着包括传统服饰、支族、武器和艺术品等在内的姆鲁社群的文化习俗以及提供传统游戏和传统服饰租借服务等的姆鲁族/毛律族文化博物馆，它建于姆鲁族/毛律族传统房屋建筑风格，它也是姆律/毛律文化节(Pesta Kalimaran)的官方举办地点。姆鲁族/毛律族是婆罗洲北部内陆区的原住民部落民族。

VI.Yong Farmstay/杨家村:

Yong Farmstay is the tourist attraction of Tenom where is contains first glass bridge of Sabah, largest 2D Sabah tourism map of Sabah, Hakka heritage museum that displaying the private collection of family of owner with Surname Yong(杨), mini zoo, rainbow steps about 306 steps, All Terrain Vehicle(A.T.V.)/quadbike ride & accommodation facilities etc.

杨家村是拥有沙巴第一座玻璃桥、沙巴最大的二维立体沙巴旅游地图、展览着姓杨的业主的家族私人收藏品的客家文物馆、微型动物园、约三百零六级的彩虹梯、全地形车/四轮摩托车乘坐游以及住宿设施等的丹南旅游景点。

VII.Padas Farmstay/巴达农家乐:

Padas Farmstay is the agritourism spot where is contains orchards with lime, pitaya, pineapple, passion fruit, banana, guava & rambutan etc., vegetables farms with pumpkin & cassava etc., coffee plantation & accommodation facilities that is also breeding livestock such as goat, it is famous for its lime related products like Salted Dried Plum/Asam Boi.

巴达农家乐是拥有包含了青柠、火龙果/仙蜜果、菠萝/黄梨/凤梨、百香果、香蕉、番石榴和红毛丹等的果园、含有南瓜与木薯等的菜园、咖啡园以及住宿设施同时也饲养家畜如山羊的农家乐景区，它以青柠相关的产品如咸梅金桔子(Asam Boi)闻名。

VIII.Batu Punggul/巴都榜鹅:

Batu Punggul is the rock climbing site & also caving site where is the limestone pinnacle which is believed to be guarded by spirit by Murut community who has turned the Longhouse Bunggul community into this pinnacle that need to reach by boat of Tataluan Village of Nabawan with hiring a guide. The Pensiangan where is famous for fish called Salarong/Patin Muncung is also located in the Nabawan District(formerly known as Pensiangan District).

巴都榜鹅是需聘请一位向导以纳巴湾的塔塔鲁安村(Tataluan)的船只来到达的姆鲁/毛律社群相信是由把榜鹅长屋社群变为此尖峰的精灵在守护着的同时也是石灰岩尖峰的攀岩区兼洞穴活动区。以名叫Salarong/Patin Muncung 的鱼类闻名的冰湘岸也坐落在纳巴湾县(前名为冰湘岸县)内。

In the Tenom, visitors can tasting the Longchuan Spring Rolls which its meat paste that made by beating with iron stick is covered by egg rolls, the chicken cuisine whose are cooking with the Corn-Fed Chicken & local coffee beans roasted by wood fired oven known as Tenom Coffee.
