Bentong(formerly known as Kapong) is the third largest city of Pahang where its name derived from "ban untung" means profitable ban in Malay words while tin developers in here banned the more extracted of tin ore & gaining more profit or came from Malay words Bapong means float due to it is the site of Dato Bahaman struggle against the British army & throwing their dead body to the river & floating was happened has been described as first "Fresh Air Lung Washing" Destination of Malaysia, Eco Tourism Town/Bandar Eko-Pelancongan & Backyard Garden of Kuala Lumpur, it is contains the terminus of Route 8, three tailing retention purpose dams(Old Repas Dam, New Repas Dam & Perting Dam), bus terminal, future railway train services & public hospital. Bentong is also the district capital of Bentong District & local government seat of Bentong Municipal Council/Majlis Perbandaran Bentong, its majority Chinese community are Guangxi/Kwongsai community(the Chinese community whose are ancestry from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China with mostly speaking the Guilin and Liuzhou Dialect/Gwei Liou Hwa(桂柳话) & Cantonese). The town is famous for Bentong Bean Curd Puff/Tofu Pok, Guangxi/Kwongsai Cuisine like Guangxi Stuffed Bean Curd Puff/Tofu Pok, Guangxi Braised Pork/Braised Pork with Taro & Guangxi Steamed Chicken has been titiled as Three Guangxi/Kwongsai Jewels of Bentong(文冬广西三宝), Kampung Perting(its name is believed to be derived from river confluence of hill called Perting) with the Chinese praying items shops called Soon Loong(顺隆) in the Chan Sang 2 Lane/Lorong Chan Sang 2 that famous for its handmade Mid Autumn Festival lanterns has been titled as Guangxi/Kwongsai Village and the hand drawn signages & advertisements of shophouses that mostly drawn by local painter, Mr.Tang Yao Sheng(English translate)(唐耀生), the first Federal Land Development Authority(FELDA) colony of Malaysia which is founded on 1959 with a museum known as Lurah Bilut is also located in here, it is also the birthplace of local main vocal of local music band called 另类音乐人 & also composer, Ms.Yudi Yap(叶友弟) who is famous for songs like "茨厂街" 、"裙摇摆摆" & "桃花朵朵开" etc. Located not far from the Bentong is the Janda Baik located inside the Titiwangsa Mountains/Titiwangsa Range where its name means Good Widow in Malay words that famous for its Pulau Santap recreational area, eco resorts like Cherengin Hills Convention & Spa Resort with mini zoo & farm etc. & fig farms, the temperature of Janda Baik is range from 22 degree Celcius to 29 degree Celcius. 文冬(别与霹雳怡保内同名的文冬(Buntong)混淆)是被誉为马来西亚第一座“清肺游”目的地、生态旅游城以及吉隆坡后花园的以马来名字"ban untung"意译为赚钱性禁止因当时这里锡矿矿商禁止多次挖掘锡米以及领取更多的收入来命名及拥有八号公路的终站、三座尾矿滞留用途水坝(旧力巴士水坝、新力巴士水坝与玻璃口水坝)、公车/巴士总站、未来铁道火车服务和公共医院的彭亨第三大城市。另一个说法是源自于马来名字“Bapong”意译为漂浮因这里曾是拿督巴哈曼(Dato Bahaman)与英国军队战斗后将他们的尸体丢下河内漂浮的地点。文冬也是文冬县的县府与文冬市议会(Majlis Perbandaran Bentong)的地方政府所在地，其大多数华人社群为广西社群(祖籍中国广西壮族自治区的多数以桂柳话与粤语/广东话/广府话来沟通的华人社群)。这里以文冬豆腐卜、被誉为文冬广西三宝的广西酿豆腐卜、广西扣肉/芋头扣肉与广西味念鸡/味淋鸡的广西菜肴、被誉为广西村的含有在陈生二号巷(Lorong Chan Sang 2)的以其手工中秋节灯笼闻名的华人祭祀品店顺隆的玻璃口新村(其名字相信是源自于敲碎玻璃瓶的地点或马来文Polis 或村庄鸟瞰相似玻璃瓶或名叫玻璃顶(Perting)的山丘的河流交界处)以及大多数由本地画家唐耀生先生所绘的店屋的手绘招牌与广告闻名，开辟于一九五九年含有一间博物馆的全马来西亚第一座联邦土地发展局垦殖区美律谷也坐落在这里，它也是以如《茨厂街》、《裙摇摆摆》和《桃花朵朵开》等歌曲闻名的本地音乐组合另类音乐人的主唱兼填词人叶友弟女士的出生地。位于文冬不远处就是其名字在马来文意译为好寡妇的位于蒂迪旺沙山脉内的以浮罗三答休闲区、生态度假村如含有微型动物园与农场等的车仁珍山会议与水疗度假村以及无花果园闻名的贞德拜，贞德拜的温度位于二十二摄氏度至二十九摄氏度之间。文冬县是东海岸经济特区的彭亨西部加强区的一部分。

The double storeyed central market of Bentong which is rebuilt on 1973 located in the Ah Peng Street which is named after the former manager of local mining company, late Mr.San Peng(辛炳) that selling the local products of Bentong such as ginger, bean curd puff/tofu pok(豆腐卜), baked biscuits & egg biscuit(萨奇马) etc. Except for that, the Chui Yin Street where is named after the former manager of local mining campany, late Mr.Chui Yin(崔贤) that contains the main building of local Chinese social organization that built in 1914 called Bentong Chinese Assembly Hall/Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Bentong(文冬华人大会堂) is also the zone of local hawkers stalls of morning market outside the central market building of Bentong.

The former Tong Shoon Company(东顺公司) where is also known as No.17 & No.18 Loke Yew Road/Jalan Loke Yew that opened by late Mr.Loke Yew(陆佑) who is one of the founders of Bentong on 1897 has been transformed into a gallery that exhibits the history & development of Bentong like history of Mr.Loke Yew & other founders of Bentong, history of this shophouse, origins of street names of Bentong, history of establishment of local Chinese social organization called Chinese Assembly Hall/Dewan Perhimpunan Cina Bentong(文冬华人大会堂), history of movements against the Japanese army during the World War II, history of Modern Pahang Sultanate & history of Kwong Fook Temple etc., it is also contains tourist information centre, cafe & local products shop. The road located in front of the gallery is also called Loke Yew Road/Jalan Loke Yew. The first cafe/coffee shop in the world is the Kiva Han from Constantinople(now known as Istanbul) of Türkiye/Turkey. Located near the museum is the Kwong Fook Temple where is the hundred years old Chinese temple since 1880 that dedicated to Lord Sin Sze Si Ya(仙四师爷)(original name known as Seng Meng Lee(盛明利) who is believed to be the guardian deity & also Kapitan(甲必丹)(Chinese leader) of Rasah that protected the Kapitan(Chinese leader) of Kuala Lumpur, late Mr.Yap Ah Loy(叶亚来/叶德来/叶茂兰), it is famous for its double Loong/Chinese Dragon gate, well-historic wooden plaque called 福锡民生 & wishing tree. The Sin Sze Si Ya Belief is the local Chinese folk belief of Malaysia which is originated from Cheng Koo Temple of Rasah in Negeri Sembilan State that dedicated to one deity, Sin Sze Si Ya or two deities Sin Si Ya(仙师爷) & Sze Si Ya(四师爷). 这间建于一八九七年前身为文冬开辟功臣之一的已故陆佑先生所经营的东顺公司(另名为陆佑路十七号与十八号)但现已改为展示着文冬的历史与发展如陆佑先生与其他文冬开辟公臣的历史、此店屋的历史、文冬的街道的名字由来、当地华人社团文冬华人大会堂成立的历史、第二世界大战期间抗日运动历史、现代彭亨苏丹王朝的历史与广福庙的历史等的展览厅，它同时也是文冬旅游咨询中心、咖啡厅与特产店。位于展览厅前面的公路也被命名为陆佑路(Jalan Loke Yew)。全世界第一间咖啡厅/咖啡店是土耳其君士坦丁堡(现名为伊斯坦布尔)的Kiva Han。位于文物馆附近就是建于一八八零年供奉着相信是吉隆坡甲必丹(Kapitan)(华人领袖)已故叶亚来/叶德来/叶茂兰先生的守护神明兼亚沙甲必丹(华人领袖)仙四师爷(原名为盛明利)的百年华人庙宇广福庙，它以双龙门、充满历史性的福锡民生牌匾及许愿树闻名。仙四师爷信仰是源自于森美兰州亚沙的仙四师爷千古庙供奉着一尊神明仙四师爷或两尊神明仙师爷与四师爷的马来西亚华人民间信仰。中式/汉式庙宇建筑风格是根据华人/汉人风水哲理来建造像斗栱/木制支架系统、曲线型屋顶与屋檐等建筑特色的庙宇。

The multi tiered waterfalls & cascades recreational area with granite rocks of Bukit Tinggi Hill Dipterocarp Forest Reserve of Titiwangsa Mountains/Titiwangsa Range where is one of the headstream of Pahang River/Sungai Pahang that its water flows very rapidly & also  contains a suspension bridge for overlooking the waterfalls, it is located not far from Chamang where is the Malaysian Chinese New Village/Kampung Baru that famous for cottage industry of handmade bean curd. The museum located in the terminus of East Coast Expressway/LPT(partly known as Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway)(Route E8)(part of Asian Highway 141/AH142) & also birthplace of local athlete, Mr.Muhammad Ziyad Zolkefli who won the gold medal on 2016 Paralympic Games with Jungle School Gombak(JSG) Malaysia(the cultural education school of Malaysian Aborigines/Orang Asli for public to learn the skills of them), only Aborigines/Orang Asli Hospital of Malaysia and Gombak Integrated Transport Terminal/Terminal Bersepadu Gombak(TBG)(bus terminal and light rapid transit station) called Gombak where is exhibiting the history, culture, weapons, musical instruments, beliefs & functions of Senoi Praaq Force/Aborigines Force of Aborigines community of Malaysia including the customs like wedding ceremony, traditional lifestyle from farming to traditional games, transportations like boat called Perahu Golek, traditional houses such as architecture model of house of Semai tribe(majority lived in the Perak & Pahang), different tribes of Aborigines community around Peninsular Malaysia & handicrafts from traditional tree bark cloth to Mah Meri woodcarvings especially the 2002 UNESCO Seal of Excellence for Handicrafts award winning Moyang Harimau Berantai/The Spirit Harimau Berantai which is the Moyang/Spirits/Ancestors sculpture of Mah Meri community related to the story of tiger has been killed by traps with seven rings for representing the continuity of life and ball in tiger mouth for representing the earth etc. Aborigines/Orang Asli is the community that consists of three main community groups called Semang, Senoi & Proto-Malay. Located near the museum is the former site of famous tourist attraction & also water park during the past has been closed on 1996 called Mimaland and the Sungai Pisang Waterfalls located inside the Titiwangsa Mountains/Titiwangsa Range of Central Forest Spine which is the one of headstream of Klang River/Sungai Klang that need to visit by walking the jungle trails and crossing the tunnels with hiring a guide of the local tour operators first along with permit from Forestry Department/Jabatan Perhutanan office of Sungai Buloh.

Brief Description of Pahang/彭亨简介

Raub/劳勿:

Kebun Sea Loy Kacang Goreng Sempalit Groundnut Factory/劳勿时来园新巴力花生厂

Raub is the district capital & local government seat of Raub District where is named after Malay word, Meraup means scoop due to gold ore that contains the bus terminal & public hospital, its majority Chinese are Hakka community(ancestry from Southern China like Guangdong Province, Fujian Province & Jiangxi Province etc.). The Raub is formerly famous for gold mining activities so that some relics of gold mining activities like the former gold mining lake has been turned into the Raub Lake Gardens/Taman Tasik Raub, former remnants of former shaft called Anderson Shaft near the Raub City Park/Taman Bandar Raub, Chinese signboard of "火车头背区" in the Bukit Koman that symbolized the former railway track appeared in here etc. can be found in the Raub. Now, the Raub is famous for the the three different religious places from Christianity, Hinduism & Chinese Folk Belief whose are located side by side along the main road called Lipis Road/Jalan Lipis called Raub Chinese Methodist Church(劳勿华人基督教卫理公会), Sri Siva Subramaniam Temple and Kwan Yin Temple(劳勿观音堂), Pan Mee(Hakka Noodles), Raja Kunyit/Musang King/D197 Durian and Geographical Indication known as Sempalit Roasted Groundnut so that it has been titled as Musang King Durian Town/Bandar Durian Musang King & Durian Capital of Malaysia. Sempalit Roasted Groundnuts is the groundnuts which is roasted with wood fired oven that formerly using the local growth gronudnuts of Raub. The Raja Kunyit/Musang King/D197 Durian is originated from a durian tree that planted by late Mr.Chung Chun Seng(庄春生) in the islet & also Kelantan Peranakan Cina village of Kelantan River/Sungai Kelantan called Pulau Raya of Tanah Merah on 1790 & died on 1974, its fruit base is contains a five pointed star pattern, the surrounded part of base of broad stalk is thornless & its flesh is more yellowish than other durians. Furthermore, the Raub is the hometown of local film director & also film producer, Mr.Wong Kew-Lit(黄巧力) who is famous for its Malaysian documentary series like "Malaysia My Home"(家在马来西亚) series, "My Roots"(扎根) & "My New Village Stories"(我来自新村) series etc. Located not far from Raub town is the Kechil Cave/Gua Kechil where is the Pre-historic archaeological caves has been discovered the stone tools & other artifacts of Neolithic Age(betweem c. 10000 B.C. to c. 2000 B.C.) and water supply purpose dam & also angling site called Kelau Dam. The several durian leisure farms & eco resorts has been built up in the surroundings villages of Raub has been titled as Musang King Durian Village/Kampung Durian Musang King like Tras, Sungai Chetang & Sang Lee etc. These areas is part of Pahang Barat Plus Economic Region of East Coast Economic Region(E.C.E.R.).

劳勿(前名为笠/笠埠)是因金矿而以马来文Meraup 意译为挖掘来命名的含有公车/巴士总站和公共医院的劳勿县的县府与地方政府所在地(当地华人称呼劳勿县的地方政府总部为玻璃厅)，其公务员俱乐部兼前快乐茶餐室(Restoran Sentosa)与清真寺周围地区被称为“椰园”，其华人大多数为客家社群(祖籍中国南部如广东省、福建省与江西省等)。劳勿是从前以金矿采矿活动闻名因此在劳勿可找到金矿采矿业的一些遗迹如已改为劳勿湖滨公园的前金矿矿湖、位于劳勿城市公园旁的前矿井遗址安德申井(Anderson Shaft)与武吉公满内象征着从前这里出现的火车轨道的火车头背区的中文路牌等。现在，劳勿以沿着大路立卑路的并排在一起的三间来自基督教、印度教与华人民间信仰的不同宗教场所(劳勿华人基督教卫理公会、西华苏峇玛廉庙与劳务观音堂)、客家面食板面/刀麻切、猫山王榴莲/毛生王榴莲/坤玉王榴莲/D197 榴莲与地理标志产品新巴力烘花生/烘土豆闻名因此被誉为猫山王榴莲城与马来西亚榴莲城。新巴力烘花生/烘土豆是从前使用劳勿本地生长花生/土豆来在柴火烤炉烘烤而成的花生/土豆。猫山王榴莲/毛生王榴莲/坤玉王榴莲/D197 榴莲是源自于丹那美拉吉兰丹河中名叫桃花岛(Pulau Raya)的小岛兼吉兰丹土生华人村庄上由已故庄春生先生在一七九零年所种植及在一九七四年枯死的榴莲树，其果实底部拥有五角星图案、其宽茎基部周围没有刺及其果肉比其他榴莲更黄。另外，劳勿也是以马来西亚纪录片《家在马来西亚》系列、《扎根》和《我来自新村》系列等闻名的本地电影导演兼电影制片人黄巧力先生的故乡。位于劳勿镇不远处就是发现新石器时代(大约公元前10000 年至大约公元前2000 年之间)的石器及其他文物的史前考古洞穴狮子洞以及水供用途水坝兼钓鱼区吉流水坝。在劳勿周围的被誉为猫山王之乡的村庄如都赖、双溪只登/只登与生利等已设立了许多榴莲休闲农场与生态度假村。这些地区是东海岸经济特区的彭亨西部加强区的一部分。

在劳勿，游客可品尝到锦华饼家的加央角/加椰角、烧包、叉烧酥、葡式蛋挞/葡挞与椰丝挞、在从前由外号为矮仔的已故谭柏明先生所经营的明光矮仔炒粿条内品尝到用米浆制造的粿条/贵刁来炒的名叫炒粿条/炒贵刁的炒面、拉塔餐厅的咖哩鱼头与炸羊扒、东南美茶室的加央/加椰蒸面包与加央/加椰烤面包与新源昌茶室的松糕。加央/加椰是在马来西亚和新加坡由椰奶与蛋制作出来用以配搭面包来吃的著名果酱还有咖哩是以印度草本香料混合出来的印度佳肴。烧包是发源自名叫广式烧包的点心以猪肉或鸡肉为馅料来烘烤而成的馅饼而老婆饼是由糯米粉与冬瓜蓉制作出来的馅饼。在劳勿最古老的村庄武吉公满(另名为暹泵/暹埠)，游客可购买到胜荣花生厂以及劳勿时来园新巴力花生厂(钜鹿商标与双狗熊商标)的如烘南乳花生/烘南乳土豆与炸花生/炸土豆等新巴力花生/土豆产品、永泰饼家以柴火烘蒸以糯米浆、芝麻与花生碎制造的的糍粑、以糯米浆制造的客家糕粄/喜粄、以米浆蒸成的咸味八仔粄/碗仔粄/钵仔粄/钵仔糕/碗仔糕、面粉及萝卜丝制造的炸油滋/炸油糍、名为客家铁板包/煎燶包的煎面饼与以糯米浆制造相似云彩或雪片的云片糕/雪片糕等客家糕点与蔡豆腐批发商的油炸豆腐豆腐卜。豆腐与豆浆是相信由中国汉朝淮南王刘安所发明以大豆制造的华人/汉人食品与饮品。
