Kuantan(formerly known as Teruntum) is the state capital & largest city of Pahang & also district capital of Kuantan District & local government seat of Kuantan City Council/Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan even the largest city of East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia that contains the terminus of Route 14, main stadium of Sri Pahang F.C. called Darul Makmur Stadium, Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Centre(S.A.S.I.C.C.), first earth satellite station of Malaysia since 1970(can be found on the old stamps), bus terminal called Kuantan Central Terminal/Terminal Sentral Kuantan, public hospital & domestic airport services located in the Paya Besar. The name of Kuantan is originated from the people came from Kampung Kuantan of Sumatra that believed to be the people whose are founded the Kuantan, it is also the birthplace of local artist has been awarded the Prince Claus Award on 1998, late Mr.Redza Piyadasa, the local specialty of Kuantan is Fermented Salted Fish(梅香咸鱼), the city is also part of East Coast Economic Region Special Economic Zone(ECER SEZ). Furthermore, the name of Kuantan is also mentioned in the Episode 18 of Season 2 of Japanese manga series, Jujutsu Kaisen(呪術廻戦). Except for that, the state administrative centre of Pahang, KotaSAS(Kota Sultan Ahmad Shah) where is named after seventh King/Yang Dipertuan Agong of Malaysia & also former Sultan of Pahang called late Sultan Ahmad Shah that contains the Sultan Ahmad Shah Administrative Centre/Pusat Pentadbiran Sultan Ahmad Shah(P.P.S.A.S.) with State Legislative Assembly & government offices and future railway train services is also located near this city. Kuantan 188 Tower(formerly known as Teruntum Tower/Menara Teruntum) is the second tallest telecommunication tower of Malaysia & also tallest tower of East Coast about 188m high where is one of the members of World Federation of Great Towers(WFGT) that contains the observation deck, skydeck with skywalk & restaurant, it can overlooking the State Mosque, Kuantan River & South China Sea etc. & its skywalk can doing the different posing styles that representing the each places of Pahang, its design is inspired by Malay weapon, lembing(spear) which is found in the state emblem of Pahang & the design of observation deck is inspired by flowers & leaves of Teruntum plant/White-flowered Black Mangrove/lumnitzera racemosa, the road of location of the tower is also formerly known as Salted Fish Street that formerly fulfilled with salted fish shops. The first skyscraper in the world is believed to be the Home Insurance Building from Chicago of United States.

The river cruise along the Kuantan River/Sungai Kuantan to overlook the Tanjung Api and Tanjung Lumpur Fishermens's Village, river estuary of Kuantan River & mangrove park. The jetty is named Shahbandar Jetty which is located in Kuantan Esplanade Park. The Kuantan River is the river that starting from Sungai Lembing & flowing into the South China Sea. The Mangrove Forest is the coastal ecosystem that occurs in tropical

德伦顿动物园是同时也是马来西亚动物园暨水族馆协会(MAZPA)成员之一的微型动物园兼恐龙公园Dinosaur

The Royal Weaving Centre which is promoting the Royal Pahang Weaving(also called Tenun Diraja Pahang) has been listed as National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Malaysia. It is consists of gallery, workshops & souvenirs shop. The gallery is not only showing the making process & products of Royal Pahang Weaving/Tenun Diraja Pahang but also exhibits the others fabrics made from ASEAN countries. Royal Pahang Silk Weaving/Tenun Pahang Diraja is the textile which is
originated from Riau or Sulawesi of Indonesia & redeveloped by Tuk
Tuan Keraing Aji with using the looms called Kek Siam to weave it that
commonly used for made traditional Malay clothing has been granted Royal
title on 2006, it is also the official clothing of the ASEAN Summit 2015. Located not far from here are the Sepat Beach/Pantai Sepat where is the official venue of Kuantan International Kite Festival that facing the South China Sea & also famous for its freshly harvested seafoods from fishermen's boats during every noon and UFO Square/Laman UFO with food stalls of Kampung Peramu which is famous for its largest water tower mural of Malaysia on the water tower with 28m high, pillar circumference about 18m & water tank circumference about 72m that its water tank looks like Unidentified Flying Object(UFO) and the pillar with marine themed mural under creation of local artists of Pahang.

这间是推广着被誉为马来西亚国家非物质文化遗产的彭亨皇家纺织的皇家纺织中心。这里拥有展览厅、工作坊以及纪念品店，这里的展览厅不但展览着彭亨州皇家纺织的制作过程与作品而且还展览着东盟国家所制作的布料。彭亨皇家纺织是源自于印尼廖内或苏拉威西后由名叫Tuk Tuan Keraing Aji
